I normally have a great experience here, but today was just so bad. The employee was on the phone the entire appointment and proceeded to thread my brows so thin I thought I was back in the 2000s when I checked the mirror. That being said, the older woman who’s done my brows in the past is great, won’t be back unless I know it’s her.

Out of all of their eyebrow locations, I must say that Mina stands out as truly exceptional in her eyebrow skills. If Mina isn't present, I'd rather not proceed, as her meticulous approach sets her apart from the others. Unlike some, Mina takes her time, ensuring a quality result without any rush. It's evident that she understands the importance of attention to detail, unlike some others who may not grasp that clients notice the difference. Mina's dedication and skill make her worth every penny. Beyond her talent, she's incredibly sweet, honest, and genuinely cares about what's best for your eyebrows. Mina's not just about making money; she'll even advise you on whether it's time to let your eyebrows grow a bit more before the next session. Trust me, Mina won't disappoint – she's the best choice.

There was a huge patch of hair that was left with my Brazilian because she said she couldn’t get it. She had also waxed the same spots over and over to the point my skin was raw and I was left with tiny blisters when it was done. I had to go home and shave & even then couldnt do what I needed to because of the blisters. I usually go to hello sugar in crossroads but had the wrong date and missed my appointment. I never have any issues with hello sugar and they get the hair with no issues. Not to mention my waxer was nice but made a few rude, and insensitive comments and asked extremely personal questions.

They do a great job, but they lack in customer service. They have a sign in sheet that they don’t even bother to look at. Be prepared to sit for 20 minutes just to be skipped over.

Absolutely love this place. Ms. Mina kills the threading game and makes sure i look amazing before i walk out every time.i don’t know where my eyebrows would be with out her

Had my brows and eyelashes done on 9/23/23 by Mona. Brows were fine, but I had to have the lashes removed 9/24/23. They were not even, too much glue, and didn’t look good the next day. Ms. M removed the lashes for me for free and credited me 2 free henna brow tinting for future use. I appreciate it so much. Thanks for the great customer service.

Mona did my brows. She was amazing and quick! I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded before, I absolutely loved them the second I saw them. She is a sweetheart and very professional. I’d recommend her anytime anyway. Gonna take my mom to get hers done too!
