Over the last six months or so I’ve been woken up by a few random late night visits from a bat. I had hoped that my opening the windows in my bedroom and closing the door that it had left on its own. Today I heard rustling underneath a sideboard in my entryway. I used a broom to push away the paper packaging from a box I had opened there recently and there was my bat lying there without a care in the world. I grabbed something heavy enough to pin him down and threw it on him. Then I texted Blake from Buckingham Pest Control who had offered to return if I ever happened to trap it. I am not embarrassed one bit to say that there was no way I was going to be able to take any further action myself to remove it.

Blake was here in 15 minutes… captured the bat into a jar with a lid, I gladly wrote a check and can now finally sleep through the night without the worry.

Iv used Buckingham for years and I love them, reasonably priced and their employees go above and beyond. Mike has amazing customer service skills and a super friendly demeanor. That means so much to me to have someone I trust when they come in my home!

I can't say enough about everyone I dealt with, Loren in the office worked to get me a same day appointment and kept me calm during a stressful time (German roaches) Brandi and Kristen were amazing as well. Kirk came and was professional, thorough, and kind. 2 weeks later I saw one more, Kirk returned to respray at a discounted price (he had explained beforehand that it might be needed) I will be using them for yearly maintenance.
