I would highly reccommend this Ford dealership to everyone. Could not ask for better service than they provided.

Dealership performs repairs and services very professionally. Not satisfied with Ford having parts to fix recalls.

The used cars here are always rigged just enough to do paperwork and get home. I've bought 2 vehicles here and both needed thousands in repairs within a month.

Very thankful. We all know that we buy cars as is. We had a little issue with the colling and towed it back. I called and after a few weeks they will fix it. Some of these review that are so negative I have not found to be true. Love Bud Shell!

They don't even want to own their mistake. Bud Shell Ford replied to my review and said I have the wrong dealership lol. No it's this one back in 2017 a black ford mustang gt convertible. I had to go threw my insurance company because you wouldn't give up your information. But just so happened we used the same insurance company so my claim got paid out anyways but no thanks to this shady company. Fast forward to yesterday thought I would give this place another chance and yet again disappointing. Already approved threw my bank to buy a vehicle and the one I wanted was being used as a loner, because your techs vehicle is broke down. Would have bought it too but thank God I didn't worst Dealership in the area. It shows too you use to be so big all 3 lots full with cars and it hasn't been like that for several years now.

Terrible customer service, My 2 experiences with them have been both terrible the 1st time they dropped my car off the back of their tow truck total it out Then try to give me a run around with their insurance company. And then I go and try to buy a black Ford Escape And they're letting some technician drive it instead of making a sale

My grandpa took his Ranger to have the engine replaced (head gasket went out, he decided to just have the long block replaced with one with lower miles). A year later it started leaking transmission fluid. They hadn't bolted down the retainers that hold the lines away from the engine and they were sitting up against the oil pan, which eventually broke through one of the lines. They refused to fix it.

Never called to tell me what the problem was and never okied the fix with Me fixed it without my knowledge and drove it around and wasted a full tank of gas without replacing it left me almost on empty and told me it was customer responsibility to fill my tank up. I didn't know they were driving it around or that they worked on it. Worst Customer service ever and definitely won't go back. Step up your game Ford you need to do a whole lot better than this. Almost 300 dollars for what they did and they didn't even do anything huge and let them comment on here saying they don't remember the incident I'm talking about. I just picked it up today and I have the receipt with the name of the place which is bad Ford shell and Dexter. Not bud but bad. When they become a better dealership their name will go back to Bud Ford Shell. I'm tired of it. I've seen on all the reviews that they're bad and then they comment that they don't know what incident people are talking about. So if you're seeing this review just don't go there, they'll take your money

Awesome service! Had a vehicle issue on Labor Day weekend traveling through Missouri and was towed to Bud Shell in Dexter. The service manager (Jason) was awesome and was able to get us a loaner vehicle so we could continue on our way while our Explorer could be repaired. Great customer service. If we lived closer would shop this dealership

Purchased a new truck from them in 2015 and have it serviced there and also my wife's 2016 ford escape.today I had a rubbing noise in rear of truck took it to be checked they said they found a rock causing noise and removed it for 52 dollars thought a little steep for a rock removal and I didn't get the rock I am ready for another new truck but may try poplar bluff and see what they charge a loyal customer for rocks

People who work there are really wonderful. They have always taken a good care of me, helping me above and beyond simple car repairs. The quality of service is very high. Grateful to have them in our area.
