St. Louis airport Budget/Avis office was overwhelmed with customers and not enough cars ready during my pickup on 13 July 2023. I got the car I wanted after nearly 2 hours of waiting. Budget personnel were highly professional. If you qualify for the Fast Break line, it’s in a building to the rear. Don’t wait in line to discover that.
