Communication was prompt with the dispatcher and the technician/plumber. The technician came out and explained everything clearly, including what steps needed to be taken next to resolve our plumbing issue. I would certainly use them again.

Had an evaporator coil that needed replaced last year in my AC, but thanks to a different company it was discovered that the wrong sized replacement was installed. Budget came out and replaced with the correct sized coil, but found out today (again due to another company) that the cool wasn't installed correctly. The coil isn't secured to anything but the access door, it's not aligned properly, and it's tilted back, so it's not draining properly. As a result, it's constantly freezing over.

Fantastic experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for my plumbing needs, but I hope I won’t have to, at least not anytime soon.

Our AC quit. It was the blower. The technician came diagnosed it. Then went and got a blower mower because he didn’t have one on the truck. Cannot say enough about Matt service and professionalism. Greatly appreciated.

A/C Stopped cooling today with 100° Temps. I called mid-day and they got someone out I forgot his name but he was amazing. The a/C went out the day before our new buyer was supposed to move in! Yall are life savers

Budget Heating and Cooling is the one. We are new homeowners and we have been without AC for 3 weeks. Our call was made the day our services went out…the tech came out a few business days later…our Home warranty approved us a few or more days later, then we had to wait for our compressor to be delivered on (3 business days). But once the Techs were done after 3 and a half hours we were good to goooo.
