Budget Self Storage, Belton MO

I had never used self storage before and the whole process went very smoothly. The customer service was outstanding. They made me feel very comfortable and gave me the feeling that my things were going to be secure and safe. I highly recommend this property.

Never used a storage unit in my life! Until we decided to sell our home of 43 years at age 74 yrs. Needless to say it was a HUGE undertaking. The Smith family business saved the day and months it took to accomplish this process. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable and budget friendly.

Family operated and excellent service. The storage unit was good but had to lubricate the door so I could get it all the way open.

They have some of the best rates in the area but none of the units have climate control and limited gate access hours if that is important to you.

The surrounding bright is dubious but the area is well lit and secured.

This has been a great place to rent storage, the team are wonderful and always kind, fair and honest. It has been a pleasure to work with you.

Security here is a joke. Unnecessarily rude and threatening over a simple misunderstanding. I'd give less than I've star if I could.
