Budweiser Brewery Experience reviews
17We did the day fresh tour, tour guide Patrick did a great job. Fun, educational and got some free beer.
The Clydesdale tour. Was nice and up close with the horses only. We new this up front. If your looking for more of the brewery experience which we have done before.select another tour.
Really glad to come on this tour. Was a very great experience, highly recommend to anyone to come check out. Lots of cool sights to see here. The inky downside is the lack of restrooms on the tour, with having samples oof beer along a tour there should definitely be one.
Great knowledge by tour guide, beer tasting mid tour and stunning architecture. Steeped in history.
We did the Clydesdales tour. It was only an hour long, which is much shorter than the full brewery tour and there wasn’t that much walking. Our tour guide Jerri (not quite sure on spelling) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and funny. I’ve been on other brewery tours and I know how beer is made, so having this tour option was great. Got two free beers - one during the tour and one after.
Great facility and tour process… both tour guides were less than stellar… they were knowledgeable and courteous—that’s where it ended… spoke in monotone and too fast… statements such as “whoa—it’s too early” and “it’s been a long week”… it was an 11AM tour on Tuesday… no attempt was made to interface with the twenty or so folks on the tour—very impersonal… these two need to be reassigned to a role not interfacing with the public…
Good time for the family, long enough to be interesting, not too long for the kids. Really cool old buildings. The Biergarden is new since our last visit, a nice upgrade for the end of the tour.
It's a long but very informative tour. Really great to see such an American classic business. Definitely a beautiful history experience.
We had a fantastic experience with whatever the most basic brewery tour was ($12-15?) and it was personally my first experience aside from walking around the brewery when the Christmas lights are up. On the paid tour, you get to see some of how the factory works, hear the history, and most importantly- see the 2 Dalmatians! For the beer drinkers, you can get more than you would expect given the cheap cover charge. Definitely a must-do for StL locals but would also be near the top of the list for tourists!
Megan was awesome. Was able to see a little of everything and had so much fun on the $15 tour
Excellent tour. The folks are super fiendly and informative. I'm not even a big beer drinker and I enjoyed the tour. They also support military/veterans.
Our experience in Budweiser was amazing. History behind the company, the structure, how beer is made was awesome. Our tour ambassador was very knowledgeable and I love seeing the Clydesdale. Beer tasting was great and I love their souvenirs they gave us to take home. Definitely recommendable and will return with family and friends.
Worst tours ever. December 10th we participated in 2 events at Anheuser Busch in St. Louis. Day Fresh Tour and the Holiday Brewery lights event. During the Day Fresh Tour one of the guides talked so softly that half of the group couldn't hear him. The bottling line was not running and instead of showing us something else, the group stood looking at a room full of stationary machines. At the lights event one of the major highlights is the parade. At 7pm, once all the customers were lined up on the street, a women's voice announced that the parade had been canceled. If the anyone would like to see the Clydesdales, they could visit them in the barn which had an hour long wait. No apologies, just a statement that should have started with, Sorry about your luck.
Don’t come to the lights for Christmas. It’s not worth it I feel like they should have done a bit more especially for what you pay.
Me along with my girl did the Day Fresh Tour & we Loved it! The history and the architecture was just so incredible & glad to know about entire brewery process & facts about this place. Got to see the Clydesdales and learned their history. Our tour guide, he was young gentleman & quite knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. During the tour we were able to taste a beer also was given a bottle that was bottled that day, at the end of the tour we were given a cold beer of our choice to enjoy there. If you don’t want beer they do offer soda or water. Overall great experience and I think it’s worth to visit there at least once.
I would have given a 5 stars but we are not formed upfront that the bottling line is closed. Please check if all facilities are open if you want to plan the tour. I recommend the $30 tour in which you get a chance to taste the fresh beer from the tanks. I loved it, the beer is very crisp. The service is great.
I’m a Coors guy, always will be- even worked for them- But this tour is worth you sacrificing your 2 trips to Starbucks this week. Great tour, a lot of information and exceeded my expectations. Multiple opportunities to taste beer, nice visitor center, and restaurant at the end to cap it all.
