Buffalo State Pizza Co. & Bar, Kansas City MO

It's such a nice fund place. I eat here all the time for lunch or dinner. Like you'll probably see me at the bar. On Friday's they have live music and its a lot of fun.

Wonderful food and service. Placed an online order and food was delivered 30 mins earlier than expected. Also, we are staying at the hotel so I asked for utensils. Not only did they give us more than enough, they also put paper plates and napkins in the bag! Food was delicious. Couldn’t believe a slice of pizza and a calzone was as big as the box. Photos below (Chicken ranger calzone, Mozzarella cheese bread, Cinnamon sticks, sausage pizza slice, house salad).

All menu items are made with the freshest ingredients. Our family loves getting our pizza’s from here.

Staff was super friendly and pizza was great. I have a gluten allergy and their GF crust was delicious.

My First time for a 3rd date with a friend. I would say this was a great pizza discovery. The food was flavorful and filling. The atmosphere was friendly, crafty and artistic. Unfortunately the pizza is pretty pricey but with the sizes and full toppings definitely give you your moneys worth.

The main reason I gave it a 4 is because the pizza staff preparing the meals were playing and tossing dough back and forth. When it fell on the floor that made me nervous. I ended up staying at the counter to watch our pizza get made out of concern and curiousity to see what would happen to that piece of dough.

The other guy making our pizza did wear gloves and made our request fresh to order which was a relief!
I guess it would be safe to assume the tossing was for pure entertainment or to pass time. Scared me for sure.

I mean as a first time visitor that did not leave a good feeling. Overall the interaction here was more transactional as there is not waiters to assist you during your meal and you have to refill your own drinks from the fountain. They are very delicious and full of caffeine as it should be unlike most stations.

I would recommend this place for adults for lunch and after work. It seems to be an appealing spot for dates and catching up. The also have a few vending machines and live performances which is an added attention getter!

Best pizza I've had in years. Wish I lived closer to KC. Of all the pizza places we have here in SW Ks nothing comes close to this. I will drive 6hrs just to eat here again!

Awesome atmosphere. Great service. Breadsticks Naked came out pretty quick, they were hot and flavorful. Marinara was also hot and delicious.
I got a slice of the Chicken Rancher without jalapeños. It is a thin crust slice which also super flavorful and delicious.

I love the both locations but have never been to the airport. The Don Pepe is my favorite slice in KC.

Really great pizza, with an awesome selection of specialty pies and build your own options. Being able to buy whole pizzas or slices for anything on the menu is great.

We had the KC Q and it was amazing.

We'll be back when we're in KC again!

I called to place an order and I was told that the restaurant was closed, an hour before the normal closing time. My kids and I just wanted to enjoy Sunday football and great pizza but unfortunately we didn’t get any pizza.

Love the NY style pizza. My favorite is Le Royale but they have great options. Also their beer is good. Their service is pretty quick and atmosphere is relaxed.
