Buffalo Wild Wings, St Robert MO

Gave me the wrong order for pickup after waiting one full hour. Management was not available and most of their employees don't care.

I’ve had amazing service every time I go! Every worker there is so sweet and try their best to get your food right and as quick as possible!

Went here a few months ago and wouldn't have recommended it. But they completely re-staffed and the food is amazing and staff is great. Wings taste like they're made to order. I will definitely be returning.

Higher priced than expected, okay service, good food

The last two times we went to this Buffalo Wild Wings, there was debate at the about which server wanted us before being seated. After awkwardly waiting and listening to servers going back and forth about who wanted to be our server, we were seated. Once seated, the service experience was better. The food was good. When the check arrived, we were surprised at the cost given that we regularly dine at wings and burger places and the cost is not so high.

But we finally got our waitress “Joanne” she was absolutely amazing!
Our appetizers we got Nachos and mozzarella sticks both we’re mouthwatering delicious.
And our main meal was just as great my Lemon pepper traditional wings was great.
They had a special on boneless wings buy one get one free So we got 6 and 6 free
Everything was perfect!

I placed a pickup the staff there was so short handed it took 45 minutes to make 15 wings and 5 chicken tenders

Had no bone in wings at a chicken wing store.and I've seen a lot of chickens and all of them had bones or it would been an eel!

The service was awful. We waited almost 1 1/2 hours for bad food, then had to wait longer for silverware, two orders were wrong.

Total lack of customer service & follow through. I’ve picked up some bad orders before but not 100% failure. Failure of this proportion statistically would have to be purposeful. Save your frustration and go across the street.

Food was lukewarm and the service was ridiculous. I could have slightly understood it if the place was busy but it wasn't.only received one drink each the whole time we were there even though we asked repeatedly for refills when our waitress would walk by.food took almost an hr to get to us.after ordering there was no communication about the wait or really even seeing our waitress at our table until 5 minutes before we got our food.

Last night me and my husband had out chicken wings for Carry out. This morning my husband is having bad diarrhea and his stomach hurts. He has food poisoning from this restaurant. I do not recommend going there.

They had one f@#$ing job.wings and they are out. Please do not say boneless wings are wings. They are just glorified chicken nuggets!

Good service. Had chicken tenders with fries and slaw. Tenders were okay. Fries were great. Slaw was not what I was expecting. It was not a mayo based type. Some people may like but I didn't like it at all.

Whatever time it tells you that your order is ready, wait atleast another hour ontop of that.

Edit: Oh and double check your order before you pay, even if the ticket on the bag has your name!

Food was great. It was our kiddos 11th birthday and she picked here. We got the fried pickles. They were great. Hubby and I shared the 20 piece boneless wings he got the California reaper and I got the Asian zing. Mac and cheese is so good. Our Little got the Parmesan wings and a beautiful salad. It was all delicious. The service was okay. It wasn’t busy at all. She forgot our fried pickles and sauce was supposed to be on the side. But other than that everything tasted delicious.

We arrived for a late lunch/early dinner to avoid the Friday crowd. To begin, we waited 10 minutes by the front door to be seated. No cars were in the parking lot and no customers were in the dining area so, we wondered why it took so long to be seated. Once seated (in the bar area), it took 10 minutes to get our drinks. Not sure why the delay as we observed both a man and woman behind the bar and both were on their cell phones! Another observation was 4 other tables had customers and not one table had any food on their table. This restaurant seems poorly organized. After waiting 45 minutes for our meal, the coleslaw was awful. The wings were overcooked and tough like jerky. The chicken wrap was not what we expected. 5-stars for our waitress who kept apologizing for the delay and kept checking on us. Tip: When you see a restaurant with an empty parking lot, keep driving. There is a reason for this. We find it hard to recommend coming here and we will not be back.

Seems I haven't learned my lesson.placed a to go order over the phone when the restaurant was empty. I'm told 15 to 20 minutes. I get there in 25 minutes and they told me it hadn't been started yet. This place is so dysfunctional it is literally miraculous if they turn profits.

If an Applebee's or any similar restaurant opens in Saint Robert this place would be out of business overnight.

Apparently what they advertise online and on their door as far as hours of operation are concerned mean nothing to the employees there also the service is subpar and the food is just not on the same level as the prices charged

Waitress was rude as hell.bartender didn’t get any drink while i was sitting at bar.water stayed empty while she talked with other staff all night

By far worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings yet, seated and watched 2 parties come in and get drinks before even seeing a waitress.asked to sit at a bigger table and had another waitress come over saying “I guess you guys were complaining so I’m tryna see what’s up… terrible service
