Buffalo Wild Wings, Ballwin MO

Recently had a visit to this location and had a lovely experience. Our bartender, Amanda, was very attentive to our needs and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and ensured we had a fabulous experience. Food was quick and tasted incredible. Every employee we came in contact with was very pleasant and seemed to be happy to help! We will definitely be visiting this location again!

Every time my family and I go here, the employees are extremely kind and always seem to be doing their best despite being understaffed. Nina especially is a fantastic waitress, always making sure that we have everything we need at all times and the food is always fresh.

Waited over an hour for food. Server could care less and seemed completely disinterested. She disappeared for awhile. Food was so so. Other tables after us got their food fairly quickly so who knows. We were a party of 3, nothing too crazy. Food wasn't hot and wings were so small. Very disappointing meal. The only professional staff I saw was a server with glasses, everyone else kept sitting at a booth and talking, it was weird. This BWW location is the pits.

Went in recently to this location and wanted to highlight my experience of great service. My server Nina was very attentive and polite during me and my children’s time at this location. Order was taken fast and correctly, food came out hot and fresh. Would highly recommend her as well as this location if you are looking for fast causal food.

Called once no answer.
Called again and was put on hold for minutes.
Lady said “it will be like an hour wait for carry out do you still want to order? ” She was surpassed that I said ok.
I informed her I would pay with gift card when I get there.
Pulled in parking lot and three employees were smoking cigarettes at front door.
I got there 30 min before my order was to be done to have a beer and watch baseball game while I waited.
Bartender said my food was already in the staging area. (if I would have been there in 30 min later, would my food have been sitting there for 35 min already?)
There were only three tables occupied In the whole restaurant.
Bartender took my gift card and said she couldn’t figure it out.
Went to get the manager (now another 10 min goes by with my food sitting on the counter).
Dee the manager came over and never even looked at me just told bartender “we can’t take gift cards because of storm”.
I asked “you can take credit cards but not gift cards and she said yes”
I said I don’t have any other form of payment.
Dee (still looking the other way), said I guess he can’t have his food.
I offered to leave entire gift card with its original receipt that paid for it that was more than sufficient to pay for meal and tip and Dee refused.
I asked what would happen to the two large bags of food on the counter and they both said “we don’t know”.
I left with no dinner.
It’s unfortunate this BWW is three blocks from my house because it is the worst run location I have ever been too.

WOW! TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE SERVICE! So I walk in and the hostess takes me to my table. The place is empty by the way and now it makes since why. So 10 minutes go by and no-one has come by to take my order. Eventually, the same girl comes back and asks me what I want to drink. Ice tea please. She comes back with my drink and tells me that the waitress will be right with me. NOT! I waited and waited and left. I used to wait tables and bartend. I know how it all works. F- for these guys. May 22nd around 4: 40pm.

Love me some BWWs! I have been a customer for years. I live so close to it that I can walk. Amanda in the Ballwin location is absolutely amazing! She always treats us like family, knows our names when we walk in and knows what we like to drink! Keep up the good work!

This place needs to close down and every employee working here needs to be barred from the workforce. The disgusting incompetence that runs rampant at this location is something unmatched by any business in the world because any other corporate office would shut down the store out of embarrassment. They could be completely empty in the store and it will still take them 45 minutes to get you your food. This location has given me 3 different cases of food poisoning. They have flat out decided they didn't want to make my order anymore and just decided to cancel it on two separate occasions now. Not one single employee in the whole store seems to care enough to put forward on ounce of effort. Go to any other sports bar that has wings and you will be better off. I know a review is worth squat, but to anyone who does take the time to read this, stay the heck away from this place and while you're here go ahead and drop them a 1 star review to help spread the word.

We had the best experience on a Friday evening. We went in for dinner after nine and got TK as a server. She was so kind and made our whole experience great. I tried the new honey garlic flavor of boneless wings and they were delicious. Definitely will be back to see TK!

Good place for wings and basketball. Tried their tenders with carrots and celery with ranch dressing. The tenders were served HOT which was appreciated. The breading was a little too thick for my liking. The carrots and celery were fresh and crisp. I sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and organized. The bar area was busy and she was working it herself. I like all the TVs in the bar so you can always watch your favorite team.

Worst food I've had in a restaurant. Texture of chicken wings was rubber and the sauce was gross. Tried 4 different sauces and all were the worst. Service was super slow took 50 minutes to get wings, fries and a burger for 2 people.

Called then twice right now and no one is answering the phone - and they are open!
Last time I ordered the celery wasn’t even peele and cut properly- and the wings were extremely dry
There was no ranch or any other dressing. Nor was I asked if I want any!

Ordered online. Went to bar, since it was apparent only the bartender was still working (9: 30pm). The bartender saw me walk up to the bar and made eye contact. She walked away and asked two tables if they needed anything. She then went into the kitchen, ignoring me completely. I stood there, thinking maybe she knew I was there to pick up my order and she was getting it ready. After 10 minutes Went by, I called to another worker busy stocking in the kitchen and told him I had been waiting for the bartender to reappear. He said she probably went out back to smoke. He asked if I was waiting for an order online and went to check on it. He found it in the warmer at the to go station and handed it to me. When I arrived home I saw that the wings were very dry and they were all drumsticks. Also, I had ordered 4 ranch dressings and none were provided. This place needs to close permanently. It is absolutely terrible and there is never any management. Just a bunch of disgruntled 20 year Olds who just don't care.

Sat at bar area table with family for around 20 minutes. Saw 2 servers in the far distance who kept disappearing. The bartender was AWOL and was serving food. No one came to us. When we're about to leave, a server walked out the kitchen and said "our kitchen is backed up for about an hour. " They hardly had any customers in the dining area. I call this a non-pleasant experience. Don't think we'll be back.

Got seated after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to even seat us 4 people that worked here passed us then when we sat down put waitress couldn't stop scratching her self everywhere then they didn't tell us that they was short staffed then we had to wait 50 to 60 minutes for food then 6 other people came in after us and had bigger parties and got their food 30 minutes before we did horrible service the bathrooms are dirty

We got to this establishment and were immediately annoyed after having to wait 20 minutes before anyone even walked up to us. After this, we informed them that we had a party of 7. He told us to wait a second as we spent another 20 minutes waiting. When he came back, he told us that their kitchen could not handle a “7 top”. We were flabbergasted, as 19 individuals were seated as we waited. I cannot express enough how poorly ran this business is. Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed.

On this past Saturday night I called to place a to go order.recently when in rochester MN I had the all American burger and it was awesome.so craving this again I called only to be told that this Ballwin buffalo wild wings was out of ALL hamburgers, chicken strips and pizzas! Wow I could not believe what I was hearing.must have a terrible management that would let this happen! Very very dissatisfied.
