16We were seated very quickly. It took our waitress about 12 minutes to get our drink order. Then it took her another 15 minutes to get take our food order. She came back maybe twice to check on us. I got up to go to the restroom and she was just leaning on the counter on her phone then i came back out of the bathroom and was still on it. It rook another 10 minutes just to get her attention so we could get a couple to go boxes. As many times that i have been there i have never had such poor service.
Our experience Sunday was terrible. I ordered the loaded nachos and they were absolutely cold they were basically nothing but chips and some cheese. There were no peppers on it like it said it was supposed to be. I told the waitress and she just said oh I’m sorry. And walked off. She never refilled our drinks never said let me try to fix this or get the manager I won’t go back there ever again
We went there for their Veterans Day promotion and it was as advertised. Only problem was cold fries which needed replaced.
I'll start by saying that me and my co workers come here about once every other week and it is always really good. However tonight me and my wife went and I ordered 10 bogo traditional wings. About 5 out of these 20 wings. STILL HAD FEATHERS ON THEM!
Excellent chicken wings Plus the sampler plate. A little pricey. But we figured it out. We try to keep on meals around twenty bucks.
Food here is always good if you dine in. On the other hand the way take out orderes are handled could use some work, not a big fan of cold food.
The waitress was great but the overall experience was weird on the account of the covid shortages.
I visited BWW on 11/5 an as can be expected in Covid times, this was a disappointing experience. I walked in with my fiance and wasn't sure if we were to wait to be seated, or seat ourselves. We stood there for a couple of minutes or so and were not acknowledged by any employees, so we found a booth and sat down. We sat there for about ten minutes and the only waitress in the area looked at us disdainfully and never approached us with menus. We decided to leave and on the way out we passed a gentleman who we assumed was the seating hostess who was absent on our arrival. At this point it the decision was made to go to Texas Roadhouse up the road. The food at BWW never disappoints but the service here was unfortunate. Had we sat ourselves at the bar, I'm sure we would not have been avoided.
They were short staffed and only serving wings and appetizers. I picked this for my Birthday thinking it was a full menu. The waitress did a nice job.
Ordered tonight from BWW and the food was delicious, fresh, hot and seasoned to perfection! Great quality eats and exceptional customer service/ cooking staff. Will definitely order from them again!
It was terrible, the wings had been cooked hours before I got there and tasted old. My wife ordered three tacos that were small and only half full. They added extra money on to the bill for the caso with chips when I ordered it exactly like on the menu. Nah, my wife and I were very unhappy and we won't go back.
Most the time, going here is good but tonight was bad. Our food said it would be done by 9: 30 (an hour after placing it). We went in to check on our food at 9: 10 and it had been done for a while and already starting to get cold. We got tenders instead of wings, our onion rings and tots were old and soggy. The app said they hadn’t even started making our order yet. The cashier was fumbling our food and almost dropped ours and another guys order. Last but not least with our cold food, I didn’t get ice cream with my cake, I got ranch:)
Our food shouldn’t be cold, soggy, and wrong over 20 minutes before it said it should be picked up.
I have ordered a few times and an always greeted with friendly staff and delicious food! Prompt, courteous, and food never disappoints. Only BWW we eat at
Wait at least 20 minutes after my friends food shows up to get the wrong order and had to wait another 10-20 minutes for the right one.
Visited Sep. 28th and I ordered togo over the phone. First two call attempts end with the automated system saying no one is available. Third attempt someone answered and said they had to put me on hold because they don't take togo orders, eventually went to the automated system again. For some reason I called again and Brian answered who as I understand is a manager/General manager. I wanted to order 6 wings with two different sauces like I have ordered almost every time I go to BDUBS. Brian was just really rude and informed me that multiple sauces are not a thing they do and he would have to talk to the wait staff because they wouldn't be doing that. I understand this is something small for such a long review, but if the manager is this rude to a customer I can't imagine how he treats the staff.
Poor Management
Brought us the wrong food twice, but but the wrong and right food on our ticket. Manager argued with us over rewards that we redeemed. He said it was for takeout only but clearly the reward was dine in or takeout. Table next to us was dirty when we got there and it was still dirty when we left. This table was unoccupied for over an hour and was just sitting dirty. We were not there an hour because we were having fun. The food coming out wrong and it took 3 visits to get our check corrected.
