Went yesterday for a fantasy football draft. Service was pretty good for getting our drinks. Food took forever to come out 45-50 mins for wings. Wasn’t busy maybe 3 tables. Ordered some boneless to go, those came out quick. Bag was tied but marked honey bbq, got home and they were just fried…. No sauce nothing. Would suggest going to different location

6-stars if I could. Lexi came in w 10/10 customer service. Cooks get a 10/10 as well. Thank you guys. I’ll be back.

My husband and I took our grandson there (per his request) for his 10th birthday dinner. The food took a while to come out and when it did the waitress informed me that my chicken strips and fries were given to someone else so they were making me more. As everyone else was eating their food, a kitchen worker brought out 2 other chicken strip plates to 2 other tables that got there after us. After everyone at my table was done with their food the waitress brought out a plate of chicken (no fries) and said that they are putting fresh fries in now but they have onion rings or cheddar bites instead. I took the onion rings. I will not be eating here again!

The worst experience of my life. I never complain and I understand that a lot of places are short staffed, but this was bad. We were seated and didn’t even get attended for 15 minutes. Someone came in after us and they were served their food and drinks before us. It was terrible and I will not be returning to this place.

Great food. Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my order and they got it fox quickly.

Came with 6 and was told the sign meant they won’t take 6 people. Put up the right sign or educate your workers.

Would've loved to have been sat on my birthday but with the restaurant not even a 1/3 full they. Couldnt seat us because they have 1 server on a Saturday, 1 hostess with a bad attitude that obviously didn't want us dining there, 1 cook and an ordering system that's been "in and out". Pretty upsetting to be steared away by wait staff on your birthday because they're overwhelmed? Understaffed? The place wasn't even a 1/3 full.

We were served immediately and our waiter was super accommodating to my mom’s dislike of spicy foods. Everything was clean and food was very good!

We came in for a quick lunch and we were greeted with great service and a friendly environment. Food came out fast and was delicious to eat. 10/10 food experience!

Food is good but service is slow with 1 person as server. Bar person doesn't help server when they have sit down customers or at register.

Beware if you go make sure your have LOTS of time.

Too loud, too noisy. Restroom wasn't clean.

I ordered no onions in my tacos, but they arrived loaded with onions. My friend's order also came screwed up.

Skip this location, too many other better choices.

Walked in and waited 15 minutes to be seated while no one was even in the restaurant, after we ordered we received the APPETIZERS 20 minutes later and the decided on chili queso dip, it arrive all and i mean all chilli that looks like it sat for 3 hours, next the wings came out with barely any sauce and overcooked. This location has gone way beyond down hill. 50$ wasted…. Wont ever be back.

The hostess was unfriendly, and no smiles didn't speak. Waitress was not very friendly, happy or respectful for us as a customer. Seemed like nobody working was very happy or friendly at that place. Would not recommend eating there. Ultimate Nachos suck. Nothing Ultimate about them. Chips and little cheese not close to Ultimate.
