6There was no one in front of us and we waited almost a half an hour without anyone even telling us how long it would be. We tried to flag someone down and were told that someone would be with us shortly. Finally, we just left. I usually only review good experiences but this was so pitiful that I felt compelled to do the review.
I wouldn’t eat here again if it was the last place on earth to eat! We had all kinds of issues and the manager was too much of a pansy to come chat! Do not eat here!
Excellent servers, good food and comfortable atmosphere except for one of the supervisors who acts negative to the other employees that work under him.

The food was as expected for BW's. The service for our family was great thanks to Bethenny. She made sure we were happy and full by the time we left. Thank you.
Chicken wings are almost always overdone.the frozen ones you get at the grocery store are better.
Food comes out at extremely different times. The server was new, but she seemed untrained.
