The ladies working here made it a fun trip for the kids! They had enthusiasm and great customer service!

Staff is very friendly, the plushies are fun and cute. Definitely recommend the pokemon stuffed animals.

There are no instructions on how the process works and no one to ask questions to because they are understaffed.

Absolutely loved this experience with my wife and we did it for Christmas together. Nice cheap alternative for younger couples

There were 15 people standing for checkout and just one cashier checking out.ridiculous.they should focus on having fast checkout at least when their is long line

Everytime I visit this store with my daughter it's always a good experience. She walks out with a huge smile and enjoys the interaction. The staff was super helpful in ideas and items. Just a friendly place

Birthday bear is a great deal! Had to wait in line forever before they finally had someone come work the 2nd stuffing station.

If you don't buy the add ons you feel guilty even though you're spending $30 on a stuffed animal. Not a part of the "club? ", Don't want to give your email and phone number? Or donate? Then you're a waste of time. The staff are hit and miss. Overall, I've spent enough money on these things and they always end up in the corner, under a pile of other nondescript, pieces of junk toys I'd like to drop kick off my deck.

Very busy. Took 1-1/2 hours to get through the line. The bear we came for was sold out. Ended up buying two more expensive animals.

So dissatisfied as a parent and now have 2 disappointed children! If I could give a lower raiting I would! This day has been nothing but a joke. How can a business for "CHILDREN" be run this way? To make a promise to a "Pay Your Age Day" and then cancel it like that? I get 3 kids ready and drive an hour and a half to get there to be told it has been canceled and given a coupon! SERIOUSLY! Never again will I give this place my business or money that I work so hard for!

Had a great time. Just expect to wait in a line for awhile. But the people who work there are great!

I took my niece for her birthday and I was disappointed in the staff. I get it, you hate your job, but try to pretend a little more for the 6 year olds and the people forking out $60 bucks for the experience.

Staff was rude when I was trying to add my soundbite, ended up helpful in the end but the first impression was a big turn off. It made me feel very uncomfortable
