Burger King, Hannibal MO

Wife of Carl. I eat here at least 1-2 times a month. All I can say please don't change, love Whoopers my downfall, the best ever, I love the taste everything about them, so please don't change to the Whooper with the grilled onions Whooper on Texas toast. NO. NO. NO. NO! Thank you your Whooper fan.

Food was just like warm. Way to much sauce. I asked to have less put on. Everytime you took a bite it leaked out all over.

The burger was hot and fresh but both buns were hard on top. Teach your crew to open the buns in the end to keep them fresh instead of ripping them open in the center.

Was wondering why the parking lot was empty…and there was no waiting in the drive through I ordered a #7 (cha’king meal). When I took the first bite, sandwich was cold, bun was rock hard. I took the sandwich back into the counter and asked for a fresh sandwich. When I was handed the replacement sandwich I opened it and it to was called she said well if that’s not good enough you’ll have to wait because we don’t have any more it will take six minutes. The restaurant was in a state of mess the french fry area was covered in salt with french fries all over the sandwich making area had lettuce tomato etc.bun crumbs all over the place and nobody was cleaning. They were standing around chatting. I told them I want my sandwich refunded which they did. I went down to McDonald’s and got a quarter pounder with cheese and McDonald’s was busy!

The original chicken is the best tasting sandwich I've ever had.when I'm lucky enough to get it while its hot and not from sitting in the warmers. When I lived in NY state I could never get a hot chicken sandwich.
Color me surprised that three out of the last three visits to the Hannibal Missouri Burger King I received a hot sandwich EACH and EVERY time!
Parking lot looked clean and the staff were friendly and worked very efficiently together to get my food to me. The app that I got (of course AFTER I ordered because why not?) was an amazing way to keep me coming back for all those discounts. The last visit I used the app to order online and it was so fast and easy!

Im a regular customer and normally the service is amazing! But tonight they messed my order up, they rang me up for the incorrect meal which costed more than What I wanted and when I went in to get the correct burger they didn’t even offer a refund.

The guy that took my order was extremely rude and disrespectful. I believe his name was Kaiden. Him and his little coworkers spit in my drink and hair in my food.when I asked for a refund they refused to give me one they called me hurtful names. I am very disappointed.

Definitely had the sweetest girl working the window and overwhelmed by orders and serving food. Reason it's at a 2 is because I also saw an employee hit her vape by the window/food. And also two other woman just talking in front with drinks in their hands.

Says open 24 hours. Drove through the drive through to have some rude lady tell me they cannot serve me food for at least an hour, could barely understand the rest because she mumbled. Then I drive around to leave and the entire crew is laying down on the tables on their phone it looks like. This answered my question as to why I couldn't receive food.

What can I say, it's one of mine and my husband's favorite stops! Two meals for $10 and the food is always fresh and our orders are always right!

They recently did some remodeling and it is nice and clean.

Had lunch with my wife and sister in law on Wednesday. Food was hot and fresh! The crew rocked it, did an amazing job!

If you get a burger w Garlic on it it is hotter if you eat it the next day. Was just right the first day

We always liked burger king, but tonight was a disappointment. No masks or gloves, My salad had no dressing and had a bad tomato. Was given a spoon to eat it with. I think the lack of masks and gloves was the most concerning.

Waited over 15 mins in drive thru with one car ahead of me to get a cold whopper with cheese. The cheese tasted like cheese whiz

My youngest 20-something son got sick last night after eating his meal from the drive-through. He had been asked to pull forward, and figured that they didn't have chicken ready and were having to make it, or they used old chicken that had set too long. He waited for ten minutes before his order was brought out, took it home, ate and was sick an hour later. This is the second time he's gotten sick right after eating a BK drive-through meal. The last time was about six months ago.
I have always been loyal to BK for sentimental reasons because I worked at one back east full-time for three years in the mid-80's. We had mostly decent, respectable managers, and a great crew which allowed us to run that place top-notch and have a lot of fun together doing it.
Years and years later, BK was always where I took my three sons on our one-a-week shopping trip to town.
Unfortunately, I have noticed that the Hannibal store has been understaffed and undertrained for a few years now. The store is often dirty with sticky floors, encrusted grime in the corners and cracks (even on equipment), and some of the workers don't appear very hygienic themselves. When you get a 'good one' (a sandwich or order of fries), the taste of BK can't be beat. I don't go often these days, though - only when the craving is really, really strong AND I'm feeling lucky.: (

Dirty place and wrong food order. Maybe three employees shouldn't be outside at once. How about one of them grab a broom.

I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches. Both were put together in a way that the cheese I had added was only half way on the sandwich, half was off and stuck to wrapper, so I lost half of that cheese I paid extra for. Second issue, the 3 tiny pieces of wilted discolored poor excuses of lettuce was so unappealing I couldn't finish the sandwich. Wondering if there's a challenge to the line cooks to produce the messiest, most disastrous sandwich they can come up with. I'm done with BK, always a let down.
