Terrible! Beware this location loves serving lukewarm food. I ate there this morning my whole meal was cold. Eggs aren't supposed to be cold
This Burger King is, so friendly they always are nice and, get your food out fast to you and made exactly how you want it.the mangers are super nice and when something is forgotten they immediately get it out to you I have had an amazing time eating in the diner and going through the drive through they have amazing staff and there team work is Phenomenal great experience and definitely recommend others to come and eat at South Belt Burger King
Never had a problem with food at this location. However never once had a good customer service experience here. I've had drinks and bags practically thrown at me at the window. Always waiting 30+ minutes at speakers even been yelled at by employees over the speaker. But it's a balance as I mentioned, never had a problem with the actual food being cold/incorrect orders.
It's like their mission is to give the worst customer service and lukewarm food. They are always out of something and give you attitude about it like it's your fault.
Worst burger king in town the people there and the head manger are all rude to costumers every single day and they hate there job do us all a favor get rid of them
I will never go back to this burger king again! They always tell you they don't have cookies. Last time I complained to the manager and he told me they always have cookies and anytime I wanted them I could have them, this turned out to be further from the truth! I will visit the highland Ave location because they always have cookies and I'm treated better there! Stay away from this location unless you want denied things you order!
The food was horrible! I won't go back. I went to the one by Midwest office supply. The fish sandwich was old and black like a month old French fries were hard as a rock. And I called them they said no refund, but would give me more food. Not hardly it was that bad. I'm done going there. Also they said they take cash only no cards what's up with that. Sounds Fishy!
I went here the other day 8/16/22. An let me tell you. The store was clean, the employees were happy an smiling. The store was running smoothly. An the food was made hot an fresh.highly recommended
I went into burger King to get my mother lunch and everyone there was busy but happy and the food was hot and fresh keep it up guys!
I came for breakfast and a coffee and all of it was hot and fresh best burger king in town by far!
