Burger King, Desloge MO

Definantly in need of a store remodel.
Can't believe no one has slipped and fell. Felt like you were walking on greasy floor every where, including the restroom.

This is without doubt the worst Burger King I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. The wait was long, the bread on my chicken sandwich was a week stale, there was no ketchup, and the staff didn't care. Do Not Visit.

Only car in drive thru
Took 30 minutes to get a #7
And order was still messed up at window. Girl said pull forward. Waiting on hashbrowns. When i finally received it all was cold. Customer service was so disappointment

Fries were nice and hot just out of the fryer. Not greasy at all. Gma and I went inside to grab a quick bite after a long day.
George was our cashier and brought our food out. He was very upbeat, friendly and very courteous.
Had been many years since I had Burger King and it tasted good.
Easy access to the front door without using Handicap parking.
Parking lot nice and level. Gma is 80 so it was nice to not have to worry about her falling in a beat up parking lot.

This bk was amazing!
Burgers had very fresh toppings, the freshest ones we've ever had at a bk!

Stopped here on Friday night, Sep. 30th with a bus load of kids to eat supper on a field trip. Employes locked the door and said loby was closed, it was 9: 40, signs on the door said they close at 11 as well as web site. Called manager this morning to verify lobby close time and was informed it was 10. Pretty sad when you need to feed kids and the place of bussiness hires people who dont care and are lazy and dont want to work. Never again will one of my field trips make a stop in Desloge Mo.

Doesn't put condiments in bag and will look right at you through drive thru window smile and lie straight to your face that they put some in the bag

The food is good for fast food. However, the service keeps getting worse. Today it took more than 20 minutes from the time I pulled up to make my order, until I finally got it. All I got was a whopper Jr. With cheese. Everyone behind me in the drive through got their food before I did.

This is the 3rd time they messed up my order with the app honestly giving up on this place anytime I order they either forget 2-3 items or forget to take off certain things.

Stopped by a little before closing, one truck ahead of me. We both left because of the extended wait, while driving out looked to be all of the young employees were sitting on the curb.even the girl with the drive through headset on! DONE.

Today they let one car hold the line for who knows how long with such a big order. After 45 minutes at the Desloge Burger King, i finally got to the area located right after where you put in the order so that i could get out of line and leave. The car infront of me moved to the parking area to complain about the line not moving, was how there was room for me to leave from behind him. The order i do not know how long it was waiting before i got there or after i left. But obviously if you are taking an hour or so for one car, its bad service.

OK. So this place is really hit or miss.
It's hard to say they are horrible.same goes for saying that they are wonderful.
They can't seem to get orders correct, 50+% of the time. Although, every time I've called the management, they have corrected the issue with sincere apologies. Just ok.

Got good food, at a great value, and the restaurant was clean and staff were all efficient and very helpful and I was totally pleased with my experience. Keep up the amazing job!

Whopper juniors two of them where cold.
French fries warm and hard.
I was disappointed.
I will not be back there for a while

Great food, I forgot how good whoppers were, and it wasn't to bad in price for my family of 6 either.

Not my go-to place. But when we were driving in the area and kids wanted to eat, BK came to the rescue. Good value kids meals and vegan burgers for adults

I ordered two $5.99 breakfast meals. The worker said $16.xx. I said the sign said $5.99 each. She said that's before taxes.
I said it can't be that much taxes on $5.99 each. She said their prices have come up. I told her they need to change their sign, then, false advertisement.

As someone who works in customer service, I am greatly disappointed in the way that they treated me in the drive thru. The little girl that was doing drive thru sounded hateful and like she didn't like her job, as everyone always does at the Desloge location. If you want to go to a Burger King near your home, Farmington is the place to go. Farmington employees are always sweet about everything that they do. And always sound like they enjoyed their job and their customers. Desloge Burger King has never satisfied me.

Not only were they hateful, but they forgot my BBQ for the THIRD time. Please check the bags before you hand them out. More people will be satisfied.

Super slow, lost our order. After 20 mins we asked for our money back. I know they have a hard time finding people to work but wow.
