Burger King, St Ann MO

40 minutes in the drive through, one sandwich cold and the other double fried (chicken was hard like a rock). Called the complaint hotline and there were no store number on the receipt so could not report it, and the address on the receipt was none existent in the headquarters databases, so that idea was down the drain. By the time I could convince them that the Saint Charles Rock Rd is the one I am calling about, I was so frustrated. Everyone I dealt with that night was incompetent and I will never go back to Burger King again.

I went to Burger King and I made it home and my order was wrong so I called the manager and he was very nice about the whole thing he told me to come back up and he replaced my whole order that whole burger king crew was awesome big respect to them see you again soon family?

I stopped going because their "new" soda dispenser made the Dr Pepper taste nasty. Hubby wanted to go, so we went through drive-thru. I didn't get a drink. It was OK. Before the covid hoax, we could get a military discount, but they don't do that anymore.

When you drove up to Burger King it looked dead an not appealing. It looked closed about 3pm. We took our chance to see if the drive through was opened to order

I was there on 3/13/2021 the tables weren't cleaned off and there was a table there that had 2 drinks left on there with ketchup packets. It seems everytime I dine in there it's no one there wiping down the tables.very disappointed. In February 2022 on a Sunday and on a Saturday the door was locked because I guess a short of staff and in March on a Saturday the door was locked.back in the day like 9 years ago the service was way better, now it's terrible. When they do want to be open then I go inside the dining room I never see an Employee come and wipe down the area or replace the ice in the machine or wipe down the fountain drink area. I have decided to take my money and spend it at a business where they appreciate you!

I don't think I have ever been to this location and it not be a bad experience. Employees all have attitudes, always mess up your order and then act like they want to fight you if you say anything about it.

I went to the Burger King on Page Boulevard and they didn't have any fish sandwiches as part of the two for $5. So I went to the Burger King on Saint Charles Rock Road and thankfully they had the fish sandwiches.

Backed up, to be expected. I was in no rush. Though I place an order online, it was not ready by the time I got there. The order taker was very apologetic and kind. My sympathy for those who work in fast food, they obviously feared I was going to be rude. If you’re reading this, please be kind to those making your food! Thank you:)

The manager was so rude, and was in all parts of restaurant without
Gloves or washing hands went from collecting money to preparing bags of food then went to back of restaurant and never washed or sanitized hands.

Food was fresh and customer service was great. Even though it was a extremely long wait, I'm still giving them a 5-star because it was LITERALLY only one person cooking AND HE brought our stuff to our car by himself. I wish I would've gotten that young man's name

Ordering breakfast in drivethru off breakfast menu and get order repeted back. Then they say we can not do breakfast and then menu changes in front of me. Employees were then disrespectful telling me nothing they can do not their problem.

I was pleasantly surprised at the organized professional service received! The Burger King Birthday celebration was well done. Hopefully this will be an annual event! *

The hours show 6am. I arrive at 610. The lights and menu are on and cars outside. No one comes on the drive thru after waiting 10 minutes. No hours posted anywhere on the store. Complete bull. I get that your just losers who work fast food but that's a choice you made. Please get it together so people that have real jobs can get their breakfast and go to work. Might want to consider hiring people who can read a clock.

I bought there chicken parm sandwich and it was DISGUSTING! Every time I see the 2 for $10 commercial makes me so angry, FALSE ADVERTISING! I will never order that trash again and I’m more likely done with BK

They had inside closed, knocked on door they wouldn't let me in. I m a disabled veteran and told them wheele chair lift van wouldn't fit through drive through, I had to walk around side of building to service window, asked customers in car to wait, cashier got rude and said I can't order there, I ask them to let me in after informding them I m disabled, they said I had to wait until drive through was clear. So I asked driver to wait for me to order, they said okay, then manager. Came over with an attidued "what you want" toot my order then told me to stand by wall and wait. I asked them is this what u served my country for? Happy Veterans Day

If I could give it a zero rating I would. I come to thisnlocation bc there was no one there. Me and my boyfriend go to order and the old was super nice. We get to the window and our food by the time. We get home im eating and I look down. I wanted to puke so badly. Wroset 21 dollars I have ever spent. There were TWO strands of HAIR in my food. Its not mine bc it my hair is blonde. But this is sooooooo nasty. I'm scared what the other sandwiches are going to be like. Here is proof I've tried to call them ans no answer. This is nasty do not eat at this location

The worst experience of my life the absolutely worst food worst customer service and longest wait in line ever. All for dried up burgers and fries and to have the order wrong the whole time. And to be insulted by staff
