Burger King, West Plains MO

My favorites at Burger King are the breakfast sandwich and Jr Burger. Consistently good food.

Everything about it states it's fast food, it's not intended to be enjoyable. It's just food to get you going.

Came in with 20 students and 4 adults. They took out order and in less than 10 minutes everyone had hot, fresh, food. They were amazing for a last minute stop!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Lady taking our order was on her phone texting then our orders was wrong twice & all the tables and floors was dirty not to mention we was the only customers there at the time.

Counter person was curt and seemed annoyed to be there. Jr whopper was ok, nuggets were cold and kind of rubbery. Best part of whole visit was the fries. I drove from out of state for Dr appointment and was excited to stop for food but was highly disappointed. I live in a small rural area in Arkansas and all we have to choose from is McDonalds (where I work) or the KFC/Taco Bell. Regretted not going to Taco Bell instead. Will NOT be returning to this particular Burger King again.

Ads should be honored as shown in the advertisement two whoppers should not be changed to two cheese burgers. That is false advertisement!

Out showing property today and stopped to grab a bite to eat. Downloaded the app but it wasn’t working properly (probably my fault). The manager gave us a great discount and upgraded the order to large. I was impressed with his service, it’s much appreciated. Food was great for fast food! Tried the Texas Double Whopper, it was pretty good but don’t know what I was thinking…too much food!

Went once an will never go there again don’t ever see smoke coming from the roof should be at least cooking the FLAME BURGERS THATS WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE …not microwaved YUCK….

This place needs called in to the health department! They have cockroaches falling off the ceiling. They are trying to hide it from the health department but even employees are telling costumers to cover their food!

Food was cold & had so much oil went through the wrapper of burgers and fries. Soda's we're hot. Manager was mean & so rude. His name was John. Not to clean was a waste of time & $28.feed it to the dogs they seemed to like it.

Nasty didn't taste good soda had no ice didn't taste like coke threw it all away

Night manager (not the older one) seems like I’m inconveniencing him every time I come in, glaring at me when I place my order. Bathroom smells like someone peed everywhere.

This place was really great. Thre manager was so nice and friendly. He saw we had a large group and made up feel like we were important. It was great.

They are just so slow. And can't ever get an order right. They ask if I want cheese.say yes.get charged for it.and never any cheese

Stud in line for 20 minutes why everybody was talking in the back on my lunch break so I had to go somewhere else because I couldn't get any help been through the drive-thru several times and never got any response

Food was good. Drink machine out of ice and alot of flavors. Dining room a mess. They really need to clean

Honestly, if i could go here one time and receive well service and a good whoper without the bun or fries being stale all in one visit ill give it five stars. Until then ill always say west plains burger king is the worst. Always being asked to pull forward when no ones behind me, being given rude looks and receiving passive aggressive service from employees just sucks. Today i was asked to pull around to the first window to pay so i did. I waited, finally the dike or whatever they were asked opened the window and said “can you please pull forward to the first window? ” I replied with “i am? This is the 1st window i pulled around to. ” They said “no, this is the first window. The next one is the first window”. So i pulled to the SECOND window (that they call the first window) and pay for my food and get asked to pull forward with no one behind me (as always). I do because whatever, i just want my food.the bun was stale and so were the fries! After paying 17.29 for two whopers and a fry! They were stale!? I keep trying to give burger king here in west plains more chances because i JUST WANT A GOOD WHOPER AND GOOD SERVICE. But. Apparently thats too much to ask for. Thank you, good day.
