Burger King, Columbia MO

Quick delivery of food. Food was good. I had a whopper and fries. The soda station had so many things to choose from but being a creature of habit, I chose reg. Coke lol. The place looked clean. Wasn't packed so had places to sit.

I enjoyed it overall although the initial experience was rough after seeing two individuals rude/aggressive towards staff.but in the end all was taken care of in a professional manner by the staff. Overall, the food and ambient were pretty good despite of it being a little colder inside than outside (supposed to be a lot colder outside hahaha)

I was driving on a road trip and stopped, needed some sustenance! Didn’t look super appetizing from the outside but the chicken fries and french fries were the best I’ve had! Also the customer service was outstanding from the guy in the drive-thru. Thank you!

I’m under the impression that the impression that this place doesn’t serve black people. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and literally saw 2 employees and no one said a word to me. One employee stood and talked with what looked like a homeless guy at the seating booth as he watched me at the counter and didn’t say not one word to me. Even if he wasn’t the cashier, something as simple as, someone will be right with you… NOTHING! I’m disgusted!

They have improved a lot! Way better managed than the McDonald’s down the street. Clean, fast, and friendly now

I love the food here but is not good food. I've been to this place 3 times and the service has been fine. What else can I say, is Burger King. Stop pretending is a real restaurant. You order your food and get out. Don't make your order too complicated and don't order too much and you'll be fine. Don't complain if your food is not what you expected, you're at BK, lower your expectations.

I don’t know why this place is still open. The service is slow and the food is not good at all. I have been here 4 times same experience.

This location has to be the slowest place in town! And has been for the past 3 years! How can it take 20+ min to get food when I’m literally the only person in the drive through, and how do they still mess up the order after having me wait that long?

It's been years since I ate Burger King but I thought I would give it a try yesterday. I dined in I ordered the $5 meal deal. It consisted of a southwest whopper junior without tortilla chips, small fries, chicken nuggets 4 pieces and a small drink. The employee didn't say hi or anything until I said it 3 times. The employee stated they'll be bringing the food to the table. They shouted the order from the counter and the establishment only had 3 customers in the dining room. One employee was on her phone and drinking a drink behind the counter which is very unprofessional.
My meal was alright as everything was hot but the sandwich it was lukewarm. This establishment just hasn't got better in my opinion.

As we pulled into Burger King there was no cars I'm parking lot or in drive thru. The lady at drive thru said can you wait a couple minutes and I'll be with you all. We ordered the 2 for $6 the fish sandwich and the burger both add cheese and no mayo on the burger. This below is what we received from Burger King.

I want to know whomever made this order would they eat this order picture below.
I called and spoke with Amber and she stated bring it back and we'll make it over I told her we were heading out of town. She responded bring the receipt back in 48 hours and we'll refund it to you.

I'm lost for words for the customer service area of these food establishments. They have no pride and glory in their work by how the product comes out.

Please do better in every way possible to make sure your customers want to return.

Terrible service! The customer ordered a double cheese burger & med drink. Took over 10 minutes just to start the order. They wasn't even that busy. Do not order from here!

The Burger King on Business Loop is SO MUCH BETTER than the one on Clark! The BK on Clark Ave.is so slow and all over the place and not just since the Pandemic. The Bus Loop location is fast, friendly and gets your order correct. If you see one person in line at the Clark Ave location, don't even bother. Go to Bus Loop!

I couldn't believe it when I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and a small coffee, The biscuit was hard as a rock visually burnt. I brought it to the register and asked for a new one the manager walked in the back brought out a 1/2 a tray of burnt nasty old biscuits and said "they're all like that" never offered me my money back, or a different sandwich. SHE HAD BLONDE HAIR GLASSES, AND IT'S PAINFULLY OBVIOUS SHE HATES HER JOB! IT'S A SHAME TO SEE HOW LOW BURGER KING HAS FALLEN, I BLAME THE OWNER BECAUSE IF THEY CARED THIS NEVER WOULD BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN! ILL NEVER EAT AT A BURGER KING IN MISSOURI AGAIN

I only go here for my daughter because she LOVES the nuggets (which are good!) We go often after her dance class. Pretty sure this location keeps fries under warming lamps 100% of the time. From here on out I will post EVERY single time I get freezing cold, stale fries, until they start making them fresh I will update this same each time.

Not a bad option if you use the promotional coupons. You can get a lot of food for relatively cheap.

The atmosphere was humid inside and felt cooler outside the building. The bathrooms were messy but the food was fresh and hot.

PSA to all my vegetarian friends: you know when you’re really craving a huge, nasty, juicy burger? The impossible whopper SLAPS. These guys are fast and friendly (sure they forgot my fries but C’est la vie) perfect for anyone in a rush

Disgusting! Everything from the food to the floors. The overflowing urinal full of urine was my breaking point. Won't be back ever.

This place is ridiculous. We stopped there today (for lunch at 1: 30 pm) because there was hardly anyone in the parking lot, and one other car in the drive through. We pulled up to the drive through l, and it took 13 minutes before they'd even take our order. Two cars behind us gave up and drove off. It took ten more minutes after ordering to get our food.

The food is decent, but don't come here if you're looking for anything fast.
