One of the best Burger Kings in STL area. Drive thru is always fast and orders are always correct. Food is always good and made correctly. Staff is always nice and cordial.

We love the Croisandwichs and when we have to be away from home at breakfast this is our choice! It's usually always good no matter which store you go to! Just wish they would bring back the Minute Maid OJ!

Love this place my favorite fast food the only problem is they can never get an order right you can express to them over and over how you want your food and you will not get it that way

Ok to be fair this use to be the best burger king by far.now something has changed in the past couple of months. Constantly getting food that's been sitting around and constantly soggy fries and the soda has been water down. I use to love this burger king now I regret it Everytime I go. Please figure out what happen burger king. I would love to be a loyal customer again

If I were you I would eat Anywhere But Here. August 18th a little after 9 I go there to order three cheeseburgers and a soda I didn't know Burger King microwaves cheeseburgers. Microwave cheeseburgers are disgusting it turns your bread to rubber and your cheese to water the ketchup mustard and pickle are scorching hot. So when I handed the three cheeseburgers back to the manager I said I'm sorry I didn't know you microwaved your cheeseburgers that's gross. The manager didn't offer to give me my refund or remake my cheeseburgers. Instead that woman just stood there and just look stupid. So I told her to give the cheeseburgers to someone who would eat this garbage. So you're a store failed on product preparation failed on guaranteeing a good cooked cheeseburger and service of the product. People go anywhere but here. This place should close its doors.

One of the best fast food chains in existence. The food was good prepared exactly how I wanted it and my order came out quickly.

Horrible service. Can't take simple orders. Then they said it was my fault that they can't do their job right. Highly recommend driving past this BK.

While ordering 60 dollars worth of food through drive thru, read back my order told them they only had the first 2 burgers right, they then proceeded to give me the total for the wrong food when they were told that it was wrong they argued about what I ordered, at this time I asked who I was speaking to she said Katy and when I pulled around to leave the manager Katy stuck her head out the window and proceeded to yell at me, I would suggest driving the extra two miles to Rally's on jeffco.

Food was good but the wait times from the time i pulled onto the lot till i left was ridiculous.slowest fast food line ever.

I just bought 2 combo meals at Burger King on Buttler Hill Rd and there was a piece of plastic that we use to close bread bags inside my double stacker king. I’m literally crying by anger and hunger.

Chicken nuggets were on point!

Was SUPER busy Monday when I tried to get something to eat waited in line too long so went home

The staff is also very friendly, & welcoming.

Picked up a whopper for my mother in law. Tgey were very accommodating and made it just the way she wanted it. They used safe practices for covid. Which I appreciated because she has cancer

The food is fine and staff isn't bad, but if you are going here before work to grab a bite, make sure you have time to spare. They are quick once they actually open, but they NEVER open on time. Its consistently 5-10 minutes late which is just frustrating.
