19Horrible customer service. Manager never responded to intercom. After more than 5 minutes drove to window and she said she was busy and to get back in line. Manager has very unpleasant attitude. Save your time and money go somewhere else.
They tried to tell me they were doing a shift change.how do? When y’all close in an hour? How sway? Smh if y’all don’t want to work please just find another job because the laziness is on OVERLOAD
They were so slow and wasn't even busy with customers. Some of the employees move slow like turtles. Never again at the Natural bridge location.
I bought two shakes they was just over half way full when i ask the woman in the drive-thru do they fill the cup up i was told NO, it's ridiculous to charge almost 4 dollars for a shake and they are a little over half way full, in a already to small cup may i add no whip cream or cherry NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY SHAKES FROM THAT BURGER KING"NEVER"
Slow service. Took forever to get my food or my order taken. Then the food was cold. Everywhere in st. Louis sucks. I would recommend not eating anywhere in this area.
Had to leave the one on Delmar n Kingshighway because the person in the drive thru was rude! This location made up for the other one
The impossible Whopper was good. But they had, what seemed like, a very overwhelmed employee working the window. Maybe it was time for her break. She was impatient and kept cutting me off then had to ask me again about the specifics of my order
One time I ate here and there was hair- long, fake blonde hair- in my hamburger. Didn't notice until I took a few bites. Then the hamburger was not cooked all the way through. The drive thru line is always long and the service is always slow.
They miss something on my order so I went to the window and they fixed it immediately. The food was amazing now the jalapeno bites are new favorite!

The food was good it was fresh the bacon was so so the service was great they were very nice they did not have any pop whatsoever I think the machine was down but whines juice was fine and the sandwich I thought was a bit small but it was still very good tasted great the price was very reasonable and the service was very good they were very very friendly which I was surprised because that's hard to find in fast food in St Louis

I went to pick up an order for DoorDash and the look on the managers face said they hadn’t started the order. I was told to wait in the parking lot and ended up sitting there for thirty minutes before having to use the drive through again. The order was placed at 8: 30 and wasn’t ready until 9: 50. One of the drinks ended up being wrong and they shut the window on me before I could get a replacement. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King and the customer service was absolutely terrible.
No one was at the first window when we pulled up, so we pulled to the second window.they then proceeded to get an attitude when we told them we couldn’t back because there were already cars behind us.after all was said and done we got home only to find that what we had ordered (a crispy chicken and a whopper) was incorrect
My food was so hot & fresh (The presentation was awesome as well)! The customer service was amazing as well. I'm impressed!
I got the Friday big fish sandwich deal. The line was very slow and once I got my food the extra stuff I asked for on my sandwich was not on it. I did not have time to turn back around ️
Some employees are attentive to service. One employee kept walking away from the register, despite the manager repeatedly telling to stay and take care of the customers.
I enjoy this location because my food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is clean. The lot is also kept in good shape. I sometimes feel rushed to order. Could the team member give me a moment to think about what I want to order?
The food was good, But oh man, horrible service! The girl at the drive thru was rude and pretty much shoved our food at us. We forgot to order something at the speaker so when we asked to add the burger at the window she lost her mind. I will not be going back to this establishment anytime soon.
