15Worst Burger King, ever they have transgender bathrooms. Went in to place an order stood at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes. The guy behind the counter kept looking at me and serving drive through. And then when I questioned him if he was ignoring me. Can I place an order? He just got ignorant with me. So very, very bad service. We're not going here anymore.
Slow service, even though there were only three people in the drive thru. They had each of us pull forward to wait for our order. Staff was rude. They didn’t give me ketchup with my fries.
I love their burgers. There were no Spanish-speaking staff, however they were not very friendly either. We simply ate because we like their product and it was the closest to where we were.
Brought out the wrong order (or at least had extra stuff we didn't order) then came out with our order trying to tell us its the same bags as before. Also I just take a star off anytime they tell us to move forward away from the window. This never goes well and that track record is still alive today.
Whoever took my order was very rude. I had to even ask twice for things that kept being left off my order and then still didn’t get half of what I was supposed to have in my order. Also was charged for a soda i didn’t ask for.
Digital ordering only. Was unable to find the items from the menu overhead on the screen to order. When I asked for help from two different employees, they both ignored me.
Really annoying when you order bacon double cheese burgers and they take over 5 min to make when I’m the only one in line, just to discover they gave me cheese burgers marked as bacon double cheese burgers. Didn’t even order them special. This is a regular occurrence here. Never going again since they just steal my money.
The worst service and food you will probably ever experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I've tried this Burger King several times and although on rare occassions its reasonably decent. The majority of the times have been an absolutely horrible experience.
My most recent visit I couldn't even give them my order. When I arrived, I was only the second person in line at the drive threw. It took almost 15 minutes for the person in front of me to just give them their order, and I have no idea how long they were there before me. When they finally gave their order and I pulled up to the kiosk. I was there for about 15 minutes and never heard a word from the employee. I asked if anyone was there several times and no one responded. I watched 2 people in the second line leave because they were no taking their orders either. Then they took 2 orders from the second line and still would not even respond to me when I finally left.
Previous trips to this Burger King saw an average wait time of around 45 minutes to get my food. Half the time the food was cold, so I was basically waiting 45 minutes to receive something that was prepared about 2 or more hours before.
The staff are rude and give you the sense you are truly inconviencing them by ordering from their restaurant, and probably are intentionally forcing customers to wait long durations because they don't want to have to work.
Never again!
The guy handing us our food and drink was so nice! Lady taking coupons at the drive thru said our coupon didn't have an expiration date, but it clearly does, but then she said it didn't matter. So why bring it up? It was awkward.
The burgers had the perfect proportions of ingredients, but the distribution was off. The edge bites were so dry, and the center was so juicy because right in the middle was where all of the pickles, tomatoes, and sauce were.
Honestly it's one of the better BK's around here.
Fast service, good hot food. Went for lunch around 1pm on a Saturday. Wife said bathrooms need to be serviced more often.
Waited for a while at drive thru and they called the other side first. Could not even get my order right after that.
It is what it is... For some crazy reason, I keep expecting it to get better, but it continues to disappoint...
I hadn't eaten at a Burger King in over 3 years and after looking forward to a Whopper with cheese I remember why, a paddy of something resembling ground beef stacked with sloppy mix of mayonnaise, tomato, onion, pickle and wilted lettuce so overwhelmed
The manager was unbelievably rude and almost at a scream tone. He ended up refusing to give me my lunch. The problem was I did not state my coupon while I was making the order through drive-through and I asked them to still honor it. Do not go to this Burger King.
I order yesterday a number one and the girl did not give me my chains and receipt. I gave her $20. I was really disappointed yesterday I was so exhausted and I will never go back in there again it was really terrible service.
