OMG LOVE BURGER KING "HATE THIS ONE" Food is usually good night shift Crew is "EH"? Drove up around 8pm ish 3 employees were outside no biggie drove up to order an " WAITED? LIKE FEW MIN. WAITED AN WAITED. DROVE OFF was tired from work. Went week later for breakfast NOT BUSY AT ALL LIKE 830AM. LADY WAS RUDE I UNDERSTAND EVERYBODY HATES THERE JOB BUT HELL AT LEAST FAKE IT! FOOD IS USUALLY DELICIOUS BUT SERVICE IS UNUSUALLY BAD IM MEAN BAD. I HATE THAT NOBODY CAN FIND GOOD WORKERS ANYMORE. I UNDERSTAND I HATE THAT THIS IS ONLY BURGER KING NEAR ME SO I HAVE TO GO TO IT MAKES ME SAD!

This is the worst BK location and the worst fast food joint in the area. They are consistently bad, terrible wait time and bad quality food, bad employees, bad management, likely bad owner. How could it be otherwise, seeing that nothing ever gets fixed, like they don't care. I seriously hope they go out of business. Let a more competent franchisee or fast food company take their place. It's an insult to their community. Avoid this location at all costs!

Worst service ever, cold food, long wait, no napkins or sauces available, definitely not recommended at all

Dining area shut down, drive through only. Why bother opening a restaurant with a dining area if you don't use it?

Terrible service! The staff was rude. And we waited 30 minutes in the drive through for a whopper and 2 chicken wraps. The absolute worse experience I've ever had at a Burger King. I will NEVER be coming back.

Ordered in store three items: chicken nuggets, hot and fresh, impossible whopper heavy everything, completely wrong! Hamburger with onion rings and BBQ sauce “Rodeo burger” just horrible. This is two stars only because the manager was nice. The hamburgers were LOUSY at best.

I placed an order for pick up. I was a little early and my order was not done, which I completely expected. They did get on it right away. The inside was very hot inside and muggy. Granted it is a hot day out, but i am sure the a/c was not working properly. I am sure the employees were miserable. They were very nice and friendly though.

They will cuss you out if you come in here on some nonsense. So I feel comfortable eating here.

Just a bit irritating waiting so long to place my order and then waiting for the order to come out. I guess knowing that BK makes everything "your way" I shouldn't complain about waiting after we placed our order and we never know what's going on to make waiting to place an order shouldn't be judged as it was my first time to this BK. The food was fantastic! Just as we ordered. Lacking condiments. Did get about 5 napkins.

Clean, food is good. Workers are polite but a bit disorganized when I went the last 2 times

If only there were an option to give a zero, …I’m the only one in the drive through. I order a number one, … 12 minutes later after prompting the server, …I get my food and drive off. Open the bag and everything is cold. I go back and he offers to microwave it. I said I’d rather wait for a new sandwich. They microwaved it any way, …lettuce and all. Bun was hard the lettuce tomato and condiments were hot and nasty. Pretty sure the entire crew was stoned, …. And the kicker, after like 20 minutes, I was still the only customer.

Had trouble placing our food order. The person did not want to answer any questions about the menu. The food was fair. Mean or didn't like her job. I will not go back.

Very few clean tables, don't really care for self order! Rather talk to a person, just don't care for interaction between customers and electronics ordering! Unless they want to give discounts for doing someone job!

The cashier was VERY nice and professional BUT the wait was very long for a fish sandwhich and the sandwhich taste like it was reheated.very disappointed.

Sorry you waited 25 minutes. We had a problem with the broiler.
I ordered a chicken sandwich.

The food is always horrible. All of the workers look as if they haven't had baths and on drugs. I'm not for anyone loosing their job but this place needs to be closed down. Just horrible all around! I wouldn't even give one star but it was the only option!

Today 7/20 I went to the drive thru ordered my breakfast sandwich was told to pull forward never brought to me. After about 25 minutes i Pulled back around to ask what was going on. The kid working the window looked at me and walked away to never return. They robbed me of my money.
