15Food is great! The fries are always hot and fresh, the whopper is great! Ordered a family bundle and everything was fresh and delicious! With new management and outstanding staff, they really know what they are doing and making things right. I love it!
Although our cashier was the nicest lady ever, this place was so understaffed. There were literally two people running the store.
The crew worked so hard in making sure our dietary restrictions were met and also helped the adults pick meals based off preferences
I love coming in here to see miss Maria she really is a super hero I have witnessed her run the restaurant alone which includes drive thru lobby cooking n cleaning she don’t buckle under pressure and her bubbly spirit makes for a great experience when coming in for a nice hot breakfast she greets people by name and don’t treat us as “customers” she is amazing to say the least n makes sure the orders r accurate n goes above n beyond
Corporate office should know how bad this Burger King is. It should be shut down!
We waited 25 minutes at 10: 30am for two burgers! We watched outside the window as customers were leaving the drive thru. When we finally got our food one burger wasn't even cooked! It was a frozen Pattie!
When I brought the burger to the counter and showed the worker another worker with short dark hair started yelling at me! I quietly told her to never yell at me like that again. Then I turned my attention back to the worker I was talking to.
I wish the health department would have been there! There was food on the floors, people were standing because the tables hadn’t been cleaned. No condiments or tea drinks set out, no napkins. The bathroom was well…gross! And to top it all off the broken dirty faucet that nobody had fixed in the ladies bathroom left a nice gash in my hand and a bloody mess for them to clean up once they decide to clean the bathrooms.
The employees were complaining about one another, bringing drama into the work environment. Two employees (two girls) were making loud hissy fit over management and hours. Just all in all a big fat zero for my review. I have no problem spreading the word not to go to this dump!
Rude staff, the cashier rang my order up wrong and when I went to get it corrected they argued with me.
We stopped at the Burger King in St. Robert, MO.the evening of 12/8/23. The food was excellent, hot and fresh. I wish I had remembered the young lady who served us in the drive-through. She was so bubbly, smiling and very nice. Jason Phillips (the store Manager), she needs a raise and reward.
Absolutely horrible. I told the drive thru about my tomato allergy and asked for a bacon Swiss whopper Jr with JUST bacon, swiss, and patty. Ordered the rest of our food (spent 33 bucks) and got home to find my whopper had everything on it. I've spent the last hour trying to get through to the store (as I've driven 12 hrs today) and no one answered. In fact they turned off their phones. The blatant disregard for people's allergies is disgusting. Never go here.
Spend about 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get to order then another 15 minutes to get to pay then another 20-30 minutes before you get ur cold greezy messed up food
Ordered dinner for my family tonight, and everything came out good except for my wife's food. She's allergic to tomatoes and she specifically requested two plain bacon and Swiss jr Whoppers. Unfortunately it wasn't put on the order, and both sandwiches came out fully loaded. When we tried to call and try to remedy the situation, no one answered the phone after several phone calls. Hopefully this review will help being this situation to light and we can remedy this.
Hash browns were horrible, they were dry and hard couldn't even eat them. If you want good hot fresh food go Rolla Burger King
Lunch Break while traveling - easy to get to from interstate - Self Serve soda machines - i saw outlets available for phone chargers at most tables and booths - staff was sparse but food was hot.
The food is usually pretty good, fairly hot and fresh, just don't get in a hurry. These people take forever. I have sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes before waiting for them to even give me a chance to tell them that I have a mobile order. Every time I said anything they said "just a moment sir" or "we'll be with you in a moment" their app is really great though, you get some killer deals on there.
Susie was super nice to me this afternoon and the staff! Gladly will be coming back. You Rule! BK Crew!
