The nurse or whoever it was who called me was downright rude and nasty. Said she is fully aware that I need my meds and proceeded to say it doesn’t mean I will get them that it’s up to them if they choose to write the script or not. Guess what? Day 3. Still no resolution or call back. I got pushed under the rug. The attitude was as if I was a bother for needing my medications. I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t work in this field if you don’t want to do YOUR JOB. Wish I would have gotten her name to file a complaint on her.
