I called to order a bouquet and stuffed animal for a sick friend in the hospital. Sharon did an exquisite job of designing the perfect bouquet! My friend actually cried when she received her delivery! Delivery was very quick the same day I ordered. Absolutely the best florist in St Charles County!

Your care and beautiful arrangements particularly for my mom from the time she passed till now for the cemetery have given me more comfort than you know. Buse’s is the BEST! This place is absolutely amazing! Found out last minute that my daughter was going to prom. I called and they took me right in and made an awesome bootenier while I waited. They saved my daughters prom.

I recently ordered and picked up 6 corsages for my wedding from Buse’s and they were so great to work with! They helped me with advice on what to pick for our flower needs, our order was prepared and labeled (which was very helpful when I couldn’t remember who received which corsages). Their shop is clean and welcoming with such a nice display of floral options!

Skip. Poor quality. A $50 bouquet of flowers consists of cheap flowers that lasted only two days.

I ordered an arrangement through Buse’s website late this morning for a funeral. Even though I ordered so late, from ordering to delivery, only two hours had passed. The arrangement arrived in time for the visitation and not just the funeral services the following day. I am so grateful for the speed of service! I will absolutely be a returning customer. I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday last week. There were a lot of issues with the order. The owner called new to apologize for the mistakes and sent my mom a fresh bouquet to make up for it. She went above and beyond for the issues. It means a lot when a business owner steps up to make things right. Thank you for correcting the errors.

My daughter sent me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday this week. When she showed me the picture of what she ordered was not what I received. There were more white daisies in the arrangement in a row verses put through out the arrangement. The picture on their website did not show any daisies. Some of the small pink Rose's have a brown tint to them a day after the delivery. They got my address wrong. The driver had to call to find out the correct address. I did not receive any floral food for the arrangement. It took them 4 times to get my daughter s credit card number correct. I'm sure she will not be using this florist in the future as I don't think I will be using them either. Had used this florist in the past and had great service but didn't have a good experience this time. Sorry
