Busey Bank MOST ESPECIALLY this location is the best bank in Missouri they're so kind and show so much love and compassion for the wellbeing of their clients.

Busey bought my bank and made me their customer then put holds on my account when I tried use the money I have earned.

I went to this location to withdraw cash off of my debit card at the desk so I could open an account with them and I was rudely told that I could not withdraw cash at the desk I had to go to the ATM that’s all I could do. When I asked when that changed because I had withdrawn cash off the same card before I don’t have similar Busey location “I was told not here. ”I will not return to this branch nor will I recommend Busey bank to any of my friends or loved ones. This is not my first Bad experience with this bank. I’m kind of thankful that this happened today because it prevented me from having further issues with this and unprofessional branch.

First time at this location and will be the last. I have never been to a bank that you have to be buzz in and go through metal detectors. Then, you can't walk in the door together with a elderly person. If it wasn't for the great customer at the CWE location we would not bank with this company anymore.
