Busiek State Forest and Wildlife Area Shooting Range, Spokane MO

I had a blast camping and hiking thier, usually well kept up and people are really friendly out there.

It’s busiek what can I say? Great hiking, water is amazing, so clear. Never been to shooting range but maybe soon. Who knows but I ask respect the property. Carter cemetery shows that people a long time ago thought property was amazing also. And still there today. The beauty they saw I’ve seen! Amazing. Great place for hiking and a lot more experiences. And of course absolutely free. If you or family love being outdoors, seeing what the ozark have to show, then busiek should be on list. Thanks

This was a beautiful place! My husband and I stayed all afternoon. Nature's finest! Clean clear water.

Love this place. Been coming here since long before I had kids, and now my kids love it as much as I do! It's beautiful, it's serene, it's not a party place, thankfully. It's easy to go take a hike or a nice long walk or set up your chair in a shallow area in the river and chill and let the kids splash!

There are three different booths with three different distances. So if you're a beginning pistol shooter, you'd have to wait for the booth with the shortest distance, and vice versa. Well, people hog the booths and you'll find yourself waiting for 45 mins to an hour. Just go to the Andy Dalton Gun range in Williard and pay your $2 to shoot. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my day.

Really enjoyed it time out here. Its a shame that so many people can not follow the rules and shoot posts as well as bring out shotguns which are not allowed. It was easy for my wife who is in a power chair to participate as well.

Great range, beautiful trails, and almost always meet friendly people willing to share lanes if it's too busy. Highly recommend if it's nice weather outside.

This is my family's favorite place to go for a day together. We would always pack food to grill and a giant picnic! There's lots of hiking, geocaching, and swimming to be done in the area. It's beautiful and not too far out of the way!

Excellent place for hiking, camping, and generally enjoying nature. When I've gone to shoot at the range, I've met the nicest, most courteous people! I've gained a lot of knowledge from the other shooters, too. Busiek is probably my favorite place for all of the above around here.

One of the best shooting ranges where you can just go shoot and have fun most people that shoot here are kind/polite and knowledgeable about firearms havent had a bad experience yet.

Great place to go shoot! The ranges are pretty clean for a free park and they restock the tape and targets on Mondays. Beautiful; scenery. It's really nice in spring and summer after a rain. The trees are fully bloomed and the stream running.
