JD Byrider in Columbia MO has always done right by me. I had an alternator and battery fault and it was all repaired/replaced in less than a day. With NO out of pocket cost.

Really nice people they take care of you the service is great everybody is really friendly everybody greet you when you come in and they fix your car they let you know exactly what's going on I have no complaints I give them 5 stars. Very great service I recommend them all the time to family and friends thank you for all y'all have done for me!

They took real good care of me gave me a chance at getting a vehicle with them, made sure everything was to my liking and that I was comfortable with the payment.

Didn't purchase a vehicle but they are welcoming and try to work with anyone rehardless of credit history. Nice selection of cars and they pay the sales tax, etc so you dont have the added expense after buying a vehicle

Absolutely the worst service. Wanted me to be making 500-650 a week. The people was rude and just the worst service I have ever experienced. This place only wants money and once you try to work they shut you down. I got a car that was 2 years newer and better milage from a place down the street from them.

I've been a customer for a good while now & this is the absolute best automotive situation I've been in. With JD Byrider of Columbia it truly feels like my car has doctors that keep it healthy and work with you even with things you wouldn't expect. Service mngr Ben Webb sincerely deserves a raise, because he honestly does everything he can going out of his way to solve problems and help fix unexpected issues. This is a prime example of people who will totally put in 120% as a standard so I highly recommend them. Big shout-out to all the finance folks as well because they work with you and treat everyone very well.

Loretta was amazing! The first time I came here I wasn't quite ready to drive off the lot but she got me all set up for when I came back, and even regularly checked on me while I was in the process of going to full time at my job, today (2/15/19) was a painless experience, for me that is, I gave her a couple of headaches but she was a total sweetheart the entire time. On top of all that JD Byrider has a warranty that cannot be beat! My new Chevy Spark and I recommend JD Byrider 1000 times over.

I would suggest any one never ever buy a car from them.there cnac financing is terrible the people working there are some of the worst people I have ever had to deal with

The service department dis great work on my truck. They were quick and thorough. Ben kept me informed and made sure I was back in my vehicle as fast as possible.

They are very willing to work with you and get you in a car on your budget that fits your needs. Loretta was very helpful and helped to reassure any doubts I had and work with me on my concerns. The check engine light came on in my car a few weeks after I got it. They got me into the shop quickly. It was a minor issue but they fixed it quickly at no cost to me. They went above and beyond to make it right.

I have never been treated so wonderful in my life. Loretta and the whole crew bent over backwards to help me! I would recommend them to everyone. AMAZING!
