Got both my counter top and cabinet from them. Not only did they install the wrong counter tops requested, while polite refused to fix the very costly mistake or even provide a credit towards other products. In addition the countertop quality is poor, easily is damaged (quartz) and upon install several chips in the counter. The cabinet are soft wood and any small bump the paint chips or needs damages the cabinet. Similar to install A LOT of damage to cabinets. The poor responsiveness has left us with products that we are unhappy with but are unable to change due to price.
