The internet constant keeps going in and out several times a day.

It reboots on its own and I have call several time, they keep saying there is nothing wrong.

Their service is horrible. There’s always something wrong. Disrespectful team of people working the phones. And they don’t seem to care for user experience.

If the weather is bad it’s best to just assume your internet is going to go out and be out for at least a day or two after without a refund for services lost. Still haven’t gotten the speed I’m paying for an honestly they are very expensive. A higher speed in California was cheaper. CALIFORNIA. Plan on switching providers.

Over the several years that we has service with Cable America I had to call them numerous times about our service NOT working, and the package we where paying for we NEVER got our full download speed when it was working. The latest is we moved January 13th and I emailed them when I got my January statement the first of January asking for our service to be canceled effective January 13th. And today they debited my account for February. I called them and ask about it and they tell me I had to call to cancel service.

Mostly consistent & fast internet service. Their mid package was perfect all around for me. I highly recommend them especially if you live on post

Internet went down early Friday morning, there response "wil be fixed in 2 days, it's too cold (hello this is Missouri it's Winter and it does get cold here), it's windy, Internet is now a necessity just like electricity. Single source of failure should not be accepted.

Customer service and tech support relay they will monitor our service. This is an excuse to not fix our internet. This has been going on for over 3-4 months now. No one has come out. Nada.
Worst experience ever and don’t know how they continue to do business with a 1.9 rating! Trust the ratings folks. It’s accurate!

Literally the worst cable/internet company. Constant outages, rude personnel when we called to downgrade our internet speed. Two stars only because the techs at the Arizona office we called to report an outage this evening were kind and apologetic for the way we were spoken to by our local office. Unfortunately it’s the only option locally for a lot of people and it’s too bad they don’t strive to be better and fix some of their issues with their services. If you can go with a different company for cable/internet, definitely do so.

I have not had internet since the storm a few days ago and I was told it would cost $229 just to reconfigure my router to see if it might work or not. That's a ridiculous scam, I'm switching back to Centurylink.

Technician Evan S.just finished my install in St Robert. Evan deserves recognition for his care to detail and customer service. He took the time to string the cord inside my wall (where my other cords are, to look more pleasing to the eye) he didn't have to do that. Evan has a great personality, he spoke highly of the company he works for and represented Cable America in a way that all employees should. Evan showed up on time, he took pride in his work and was extremely friendly to me and my pets. Thanks Evan S!

The absolute worst internet service I have had. The customer service is abysmal. The internet is no where near the advertised speed. The only reason they are still in business is because there is no other service provider in the area.

Nothing toward the customer service since i hadn't used it much, but cable america is by far the worst internet i have ever had. Can't compare it to centurylink, but I'm in the military and have had comcast and spectrum, both are immensly better. But i went from paying $60/mo for 400 Mb/s to paying $100/mo for 100 Mb/s not to mention my speed goes down when my neighbors are also using their internet, Like really? Why do i pay for less than mediocre speeds just to not get any of it? Tell me how that makes any sense. Nothing in the mid-west is up to date compared to the east and west. I'm better off using my phone's data hotspot. Save your money or go with whoever has fiberoptic.

I would give the zero start if I could. There are issues with there service on a weekly basis. By far the worse company/customer service I have ever dealt with. Hot garbage

A little past nine this morning a large vehicle ripped out cable off the pole. They came out rewired our system and made sure we were back up and going today. Totally awesome response, super polite. So I thank everyone for their rapid response.

I've had cable america for 4 months, in that time, I have had 3 complete internet outages that each lasted more than 12 hours. In addition, I have had 3 straight weeks of internet speeds averaging 1mbps, when I am paying for 1 gbps. As someone who works from home this is not only an inconvenience, but is now threatening my job. During this, the only response I have gotten from cable america is that everything is working fine on their end. It then took multiple phone calls for them to finally send a technician to my home, after being repeatedly dismissed. Unfortunately they are the only service avaliable in the area. For anyone else working for home, do not rely on cableamerica for work, and I would highly reccomend looking for an area with other internet options.
