Cadence is a wonderful asset for our company. As director of information technology and telecom for about 200 people, I am often derailed by, and overwhelmed by routine tasks, emergency repairs, and people demanding my attention. Managing a long running support task like getting a telecom / internet provider to upgrade firmware in my edge devices requires attention to detail, scheduling, and follow through, or the provider just stops. Kevin's attention to detail, his thoroughness and tenacity are a perfect suite of skills to manage difficult, detailed tasks. Cadence, Michael, and Scott are all good partners and our company is better for having them. I can recommend them without reservation for Internet service.
