Cafe B-29, Ozark MO

Food was delicious! Anything having to do with their jalapeno popper dip was great! I would give 5 stars, but they charge extra for non-cash payments.

Had lunch with a friend at the Cafe B-29. It's a really neat little place with all kinds of memorabilia. The server Ashley was attentive and did their job well. Food was tasty. I will certainly be back again!

Love the fried pickles! This is the second time I've eaten here, and both times the food was delicious! We are from Joplin and would drive here just for the pickles! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. A must if your traveling between Springfield and Branson!

Unique atmosphere of military uniforms and pictures of service personnel from the 1940s and after. Few tables and booths and some thigh top tables. Fried catfish meal was very tasty and hubby enjoyed his shrimp dish. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

One of the coolest places you'll eat. Awesome "man food", military stuff all around. You gotta visit. I'll be back!

Great place we found by dumb luck. Glad we did. Gumbo was really good and atmosphere was of the charts.

We went there for lunch.as walking in we noticed the hostess did not smile.only pointed to a table to sit at.we placed our order and was waiting during this time the hostess still didn't smile.with each customer greeted no smile (bad day maybe) as we was waiting for our food people was seating next to us and then she walks up to them and says 'You can't sit here you have to many people.so the table next to us was empty and he kindly asked if we would swap tables of course we said yes even tho our food had arrived. They was grateful.as we sit at our new table and starting to eat a group of 6 came in the hostess told them it was a 45 minute wait. Mind you there was a empty round table for 6.yet still no smile. We was still there eating and the group came in as she was directing other people to tables.the group came in said they would just sit at the round table.hostess rolled her eyes.our waitress came and apologized for having to switch tables with The Ruder people.one they wasn't rude! 2 had the hostess walked them to a table there would not of been any confusion.anyway the offered a free desert we we accepted. But we took it to go. So other people could sit.let me say. I love eating here the food is amazing and not over priced.waitress was exceptional! Thank you Ashley. However if the hostess can not put people where they should be able to sit without having to move them respectfully by informing them they can't sit at a table maybe she should walk them to one that is suitable for the group and put a smile on her face. Like I said we love eating here but put on a smile fake or not. I had brought a friend as it was their first time.he wasn't impressed with the way things went. But loved the food and atmosphere of the place. Military vet. Please tell your hostess to put on a smile. We will return tho.

This place alone is a must see, if your a vet or just a history buff or support our vets or just live America you have to visit this restaurant. It's a little hole in the wall restaurant with some of the best food in SW Missouri. Trust me it's worth a visit, unless you don't love America, then they probably don't want you there anyways.

Didn't make it through the door. Turned around and went elsewhere after reading the sign next to the door that said the food is price adjusted if you don't pay cash and use a card.

We found this by accident because the restaurant across the highway was packed. It was the best “accident” we’ve had. Gina, our waitress, was great. The food was superb. One member of our party was in the military so he lived the theme. We will definitely be back!

Love the food, the decor and atmosphere! Best of all is the gratitude toward service men and women. I see something new every time we visit and the kids love the decor as well!

Really good food, excellent service and a wonderful military atmosphere. My father really enjoyed the photos and uniforms that reminded him of his service. Everyone enjoyed their meal and noone left hungry.

Great food, one of my favorite places to eat. Only issue is the 5% off for veterans. Only 5% for what you guys stand on? And not even the total bill? Bogus.

This was a pretty neat restaurant. The walls are lined with military uniforms and pictures. Lots of model planes hanging from the ceiling. Even the bathrooms are decked out! Just a really neat place. The food was pretty good. The jalapeño popper burger was good. Even if it didn’t have the popper sauce on it, the burger itself was really good. The Adult Grilled Cheese was good also. It could’ve been a little hotter, but that didn’t take away anything from the sandwich. Our waitress was polite and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back sometime!

Was going to Lamberts but it was going to be an hour wait. This place is just across the street. Amazingly good. Great energetic service. My sloppy Joe was 5 star. The bread pudding was a perfect 10.

In Utah, we Heard about this nook in wall & had to check it out for ourselves & yes it was a great dining experience!
