Calibre is an exceptional business. Good service and good customer care. All body shops are slow at this point in time, but Calibre finishes when estimated.

Caliber Collision, is an excellent body shop very professional place I have been going to caliber Collision on Watson Rd, St. Louis Mo for years I’ve gotten work done on three different vehicles of mine and I must say I’m always pleased with their work.

Great place. Easy pick up arrangements with Enterprise for car rentals. I was texted updates on the status of the repair work and called when it was completed. It was completed earlier than time allotted. They explained what was done when I asked. Very pleased with my car. All the employees were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t have had a better experience than with Caliber Collision. I took my car here for some storm damage that I incurred. My car had damage all over the hood, sides and roof including my sunroof. My insurance company had them down as a ‘preferred partner’, and I am so glad I chose this location. This was the easiest process thanks to the team at CC. From the minute I contacted them, James was polite, friendly and professional. I dropped my car for just under a month of work. I received text message updates weekly, and I could easily respond and would get a response within a few hours if I had any questions/concerns. At one point, they needed to transfer my car to get the sunroof replaced, and they had it towed there and back without involving me for logistics – they had already worked it out with the insurance company. CC worked with my insurance company to cover more damage than originally estimated, which made my involvement very minimal. I was happy to have a go between without being involved in all the back and forth discussions. When I asked about other concerns re damage, they were already on top of it. I ended up with more than I bargained for. My car looked brand new once I got it back. Better than before the storm damage. I highly recommend this shop for excellent customer service and high quality body work.

I went in for a estimate on some body with the two gentleman who assisted me were extremely professional and helpful. If I’m correct their names were James and Christian. They did a wonderful job of assuring that i was informed of the process and i look forward to returning to have the work completed

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing the front end of my car after an accident. It looks good as new! The repairs were finished 2 days early and everyone I talked to there were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this repair shop and would take my vehicle there again

Have had my car worked on a couple of times here. Had an issue from a job they had done in the past. I reached out to them and they got me taken care of quickly. Great people and very professional.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job fixing my car and it looks like new. Steven and Christian and any others who have worked on the car did a great job and they are all very nice. The other staff members I met were very nice, helpful, friendly and nice, too. Thanks to James in front! Becky helped me schedule the first time. Another nice man - I didn’t get his name - helped put on my drivers license one time. This last time they hammered out the wrecked license plate and cleaned it and it looks great. They had to replace some internal parts and did that great, too.

Terrible execution of “repairs” that I had to take back multiple times to get corrected. After noticing rust on a spot on my door that they had attempted to repair almost a year earlier, I took my car back to be addressed. Their fix was to sloppily slap some paint on the inside of my door (where they failed to do the job right the first time).

I contacted corporate so that I could get my problem addressed at a different location. I made it clear that I did not want to deal with the shrewsbury location because I felt they were too incompetent to do the work. Not even 5 minutes after getting off the phone the manager from this location gives me a call and again just avoids/dodges the problem.

I called back the next week to corporate and they provide me with a case number and say that a regional manager will be in contact within 48 hours. I called back 1 week later since I heard nothing, and the person on the phone said the case was still h dee investigation and they would contact me soon…

It’s now been over 3 months and still not a word from anyone. I tried calling back again, but ended up waiting 35 minutes on hold to get disconnected as soon as someone picked up the phone.

Worst company

They are awesome! Great customer service, knowledgeable and fast! They took my baby (vehicle) in and I thought it would have to be painted but they took their time and buffed it out so I was able to keep my original paint job, blemish free! I was also projected to have a wait time of a week or so, I got it back in 2 days after drop off! With the shortage of employees in the workplace during today's time, I was impressed. Again not only was it fast but it was also awesome work. I hope to never have to come back but I know they will always be my top place if needed and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Another thing, everything with insurance was so smooth, which I've never experienced. I literally sat back and had a worry free process from drop off, rental and pick-up.

My experience was 10/10. Customer service was excellent, I was kept up to date on repair status and estimated completion and always encouraged to contact the shop if I had any questions/concerns. They fixed a loose weatherstrip on my door that was totally unrelated to the issue I brought it in for, just showing that they took extra care in the repairs. Office & repair staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I definitely recommend!

Amazing team! Amazing service! Everyone from the front desk to the back and shop are just so professional and sweet. They fixed my car ahead of the original scheduled date when a sudden business trip came up. Kept me posted the entire time. My Jeep looks amazing and I can’t sing their praise enough! Absolutely recommend!
