Good service easy to open a storage shed account. Clean units and looked like a safe place to store my belongings. Way less expensive than Storage Mart

Good, clean place; private- not easily noticed from the highway. Negative: One day, we accidentally drove off, leaving a mostly empty cardboard box. Rather than call and tell us we left it and need to move it. Rather they said nothing and charged us a $50 "clean up" fee, pointing out some small print in the contract. They don't have any tolerance for customer mistakes. They would have 5 stars, if they had a heart.
BTW-THEY HSVE MICE AND LOTS OF THEM! THE MICE RUINED A LOT OF CLOTHING, SET UP NESTS THOUGHOUT THE UNIT IT SEVERAL PLACES, ATE THROUGH GARBAGE BAGS OF CLOTHING, CRAPPED ALL OVER THE PLACE. I DONT MEAN HERE AND THERE, I MEAN ALL OVER THE PLACE, THEN DID NOT CALL US, GOOD, VREGULAR-OAYING CUSTOMERS, BUT CHARGED US $50 FOR INADVERTANTLY LEAVING A CARDBOARD BOX OUT. THEY COULD HAVE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME TO PICK IT UL, OR THEYD CHARGE ME, BUT NO! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS TO THIS STORAGE PLACE. THEY ARE INTOLERSNT, PUBISHMENT ORIENTED LANDLORDS. I HOOE THEY PUT THEIR $50 EXTRA FEE TO VERY GOID USE, BECAUSE NO ONE I KNIW WILL USE THEIR MOUSE-INFESTED STORAGE UNITS EVER AGAIN. BEWARE OF THE FINE PRINT AND INTOLERANT MANAGEMENT, EVEN IF YOU ARE MODEL RENTERS.
