Camp Little Paws reviews
17We go out of town every year over New Years. This year our trip took us away for 5 days. I’m always amazed at how relaxed and happy our girls are when we pick them up. At other places they usually seem a bit stressed. I can tell that Nileen and Doug actually interact with them. She said the girls got to play with some of their other visitors as well. Also- since it rained she took the time to groom them and have them clean and ready for us! I absolutely recommend Camp Little Paws.
We took our fur baby who has never been kenneled thinking it might be a good day for her while we visit silver dollar city. I mean it says camp you think staff and people with your dogs. As soon as we pulled up I got a bad feeling first off it says honk your horn to get someone to come. The place looked dumpy the lady I felt was fake friendly. I just knew my baby was going to be put in the room and left. Not my expectation at all.
So we chose not to let her stay because I would have been all mess a day worried.
If your dog is not like your kid maybe this place will do but it was not for us
We took our three dogs there for a few hours while we played in Branson. It was great to have somewhere we could leave them and not worry about them being left in our camper for an extended time. It was a last minute decision and she was very accommodating!
Great people. It is a nice place to board your dogs. We felt very comfortable leaving our 2 dogs with them for a week.
We left our girls here for a couple day while we visited Branson. While it probably felt at home for my country girls, I am so glad I watched their little video they have on their website. Very informative! I felt a whole lot more confident about where I was headed after watching the video. My girls were happy to us but in a good way. I only left 4 stars because it does take a lot for me to give 5. My girls came back smelling like themselves and didn’t smell bad. I did not opt for the dog wash because my one girl has been refused at other groomers and I just don’t put anyone through that anymore. But I did find this was a nice little perk that they offer. We travel for work so we see a lot dog kennels. Thank you for taking good care of my little stinkers.
Always do a great job of grooming my puppy. A big plus is my dog really likes her although he hates being groomed.
Unfortunately after reading some of the unsettling reviews about this place i chose to keep my animal in my home state at a boarding place i could trust, sorry camp little paws maybe make some improvements I'm not up to date on dog boarding laws in Missouri but in my home state there very strict on the kennels, i just could not trust you after reading what i had read and i sure was not letting my 5000$ animal stay.
Great price a little of a trip to location but they are great to your furry friend and a super price
Great people! My cat came back happy and healthy. Very understanding and helpful. Highly recommend!
Negative stars is not an option, but should be! This place is terrifying! I left my dog in the car while I went in to look at the facility. I was take back to the area where the dogs are kept and it was nothing like the person on the phone described. It was far worse than I could even imagine. Your dog will never be the same after this place! Please do not leave your animals here! I can not believe that this place is even legal!
Took our 2 Australian Shepherd's for the day while we went to SDC, they were both happy and in good spirits when we came to pick them up! Nice being able to take them on the trip to Branson and have a good doggy daycare to take them to while we are doing things that the dogs can't attend.
This place is a 4 stars. Yes, it is in the middle of a mountain with steep roads, yes it doesn't seem welcoming, yes a bit of landscaping and cleaning inside and out could do wonders.
Yes, our dogs came back happy as ever. Yes, the owners were friendly. Yes, they were perfect in a pinch.
No my dogs did not come back sick. No, my dogs were not harmed, no it does not cost an arm or a leg.
We have been bringing our dog here for quite some time. They are super friendly and take care of our puppy dog. It's a bit off the beaten path, but it's worth it to know your pup is going to be taken care of. And grooming is phenomenal. Our old girl comes home looking fresh and clean and about 10 lbs lighter.from getting all groomed that is.
This place was filthy. I don't mean multi-dogs on a rainy day dirty. Ask to see the back. It looks one step away from being condemned. The name sounded like a cute little doggie camp. I wondered why it was so cheap.
I did not want to leave my dogs but my husband spend quiet a bit of money on tickets and we had driven a long way. I worried about them all day. We left our event earlier than we planned because I didn't want to leave them there any longer.
They were there about 5 hours. They urinated all over the front desk area when they were brought out. They had horrible watery diarrhea for five days. I do not recommend this place. Maybe something has happened that has changed the level of service but it is not like any of the glowing reviews I've read here.
I won't bring our dogs here after calling them and the owner saying they spend alot of time in a kennel! I will find a different place that actually gives our dogs attention!
My dog came back with flees. Very cheap service, so that was a positive. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Great place for the puppies to stay!
Road was very narrow coming in and not much space for parking or turning around
