Canterbury Townhomes, Ozark MO

It is worth mentioning that there are several different managers, we were blessed to be associated with a manager named John. Our experience has included a recently updated and well maintained townhome with fair rent and a delightfully boring neighborhood.

Love the neighborhood. It's safe and friendly.
The unit itself is really nice. We have the 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom unit with a 2 car garage. The kitchen/dining area is so spacious!
Maintenance is decently quick about fixing any issues.
Rent is a very reasonable price.
Overall, this place is a great place to live!

I've never actually rented from here, I only wanted to share a bizarre experience my husband and I had when attempting to contact the property via phone concerning a clearly posted vacancy we were passively interested in. When we called, some puerile unprofessional jerk answered the phone, barked that we needed to "call during business hours" which were unspecified, and then hung up the phone on my husband mid-sentence. The call was only followed up the next day by a curt email stating there were no vacancies at the time, despite vacancies having been posted multiple times on numerous platforms, and incorrectly addressing my husband as "Sean" or something (not even close to his actual name). Is this customary public relations and customer service protocol for this business? Either way, it certainly caused me to lose all interest in ever renting from such a place, as I would not pay $850+/month to be spoken to like that. A red flag to be certain.
