I had an issue with the payment online system but it was resolved. This is a friendly and nice place to live in. The staff is professional.

When it comes to places to live, Canyon Creek has some of the best maintenance. If I had to name one, his name is Dustin. He's great at what he does. I know he takes his job seriously because whenever we give him a call. He's attentive, personable, and very efficient. No offense to other techs, but we honestly prefer Dustin! Thanks, man. I applied for the apartment, and because of COVID late rent payment history, my application wasn't accepted.
When I was waiting for the application fee refund as stated on the online website before applying (that the fee of $2xx would be refunded), the bank said the money was returned back to them as insufficient funds.

I'm a Jewish descendant.
I previously complained to the vineyards about being complained to about my insurance, and then telling me I had no rental insurance.
They thought it was a game, and kinda howled at me afterwards.
I didn't know my late payments would be considered late if I paid the fee.
I'm not Catholic, so I guess they weren't able to pay me back my money that they said would be refunded. I called to tell them that my money wasn't refunded, and that my bank sent it back as insufficient funds on their behalf.
They didn't call me back, and they're not proactive with managing other people's money that they steal (they don't care to give people's money back).
They don't care that they stole my.money.
My time, and stress matter nothing to them, and I don't want to have to waste time on their pettiness.
They couldn't pay me back my money.
The vineyards are dirty, so I'm guessing that place is dirty too.
Drugs and flying bugs.

Dustin made the repair superfast and did excellent work! We are very happy. He is so personable and prompt.

I had Dustin come in and change the lights and he did a very good job I don’t like the apartment itself but when people come and help with things that are broken then I’m happy

I would definitely suggest Canyon Creek, everyone is very friendly, staff are quick to help with problems big or small. It is very pet and family-friendly, and is in a great location! Dustin in maintenance is always a pleasure to work with, he always stops to say hi, to me and my dog Casper. And ask us how our day is going. I'm looking forward to spending the next year here, and hopefully more.

Dustin was prompt to the maintenance request that my oven and stove weren’t working correctly. Super nice guy. Fixed things fast and had to order a part which came in quickly.

My mom and I moved into Canyon Creek Apartments 7 years ago and we still love the apartment and the area just as much as the day we moved in. We have had great experiences with the front office with any issues that we have had over the years. I recommend talking to Colleen she is so nice and always willing to help with any problems or concerns that we might have. John and the maintenance staff are awesome, very friendly, and reliable for any issues that occur with our apartment and the surrounding area. Overall, Its a clean and safe place to live.
