We went in 2 days ago and worked with Orion Ferreira on possibly trading in our Nissan for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were undecided but by no fault of Orion's, we left without purchasing. Today we went in to make a deal and Orion was off work so we dealt with Mason Fields. He worked politely but hard to earn our business and thanks to Steve, the GM there, we were able to seal a deal! We are not your every day buyers, meaning we are not impulse buyers, we want a "good" deal and we do our homework so I'd consider us a "hard" sale. However, Mason never gave up on us and not only did we come to a mutual compromise that may have taken a bit longer than most customers, Steve made sure we got floor mats bc it's not something we noticed that was missing in the 2021 Jeep. Brand new heavy duty Grand Cherokee ones from their service dept were given to us AFTER the deal was done! Wowwww! Just WOWWW!

This is EXACTLY why it's the 5th vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. They were kind to us, ALL of them, from the salesmen, to the GM, to Amir in the service dept. This place is TOP NOTCH when it comes to their vehicles and A+ when it comes to customer service.

The Service department got us right in and were taken care of quickly! We were on our way home and our vehicle started having some serious issues, that would prevent us from making it 3 more hours home. We were in and out in a couple of hours! Great people!

I have been looking for a newer model Dodge Ram 1500 forover 6 months.   I finally found a 2021with 16K miles online with more options than I needed and at a reasonable price (FINALLY).   The truck itself is beautifuland drives fantastic.

More importantly, the overall experience was Superb!   Normally a new vehicle purchase can be stressfuland aggravating due to pressure from sales and management.   Here’s the difference at Capitol CDJR.   From the initial phone conversations with salespersonDedrick Shelby, to finalizing the paperwork with Business Manager Ian Dejong, the buying experience was not only painless but actually enjoyable.  Dedrick also introduced me to the Service Departmentwho were eager to answer my warranty and maintenance concerns.  I know that seems like a stretch when making amajor purchase, but these good people made it all possible.

I feel I got a great deal (a few thousand under KBB) at agreat price.   The introductions, testdrive and paperwork were completed expeditiously.   The truth is, I could have been done evensooner but I really enjoyed just talking to Dedrick about vehicles and gettingto know each other. As a retired Navy Veteran, I was showered with appreciationfor my service from several employees. That wonderful gesture goes a long wayto those who served and of course those that continue to serve.   Talking with Ian I discovered his dad is alsoa retired Navy Chief and we had some great stories.

My personal experience at Capitol was top notch and I knowyours would be also. As I stated earlier, I have been looking for a Ram 1500 for8 months, from KC, Springfield and finally Jefferson City.  I drove from almost 2 hours away to purchasethis one due to price and Exceptional Customer Service.

We have a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid minivan that we really love. Unfortunately, there has been a recall and we needed to have some service done. We live in Osage Beach, about 45 minutes away from Capital Chrysler (Capital CDJR), but our local Chrysler dealership, where we bought the car, wasn't prepared to perform the work. So we have used Capital Chrysler in Jefferson City and they have been very accommodating. We have been provided with a loner van. The work is taking a little longer than we might have expected, but I don't think this is their fault. More a matter of parts availability. They have been very pleasant to work with and have kept us informed of the process. I guess the bottom line will be whether or not the Pacifica gets fixed properly. We have actually worked with them a couple of times in the past and it has always been a good experience.

We had a great experience at Capitol City. Mason Field was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions promptly! We walked away with a great deal and look forward to working with him again in the future. Thanks so much Mason!

The people were really great. Dedrick Shelby and Orion Ferreira helped me and my pick out a really great vehicle at a fair price. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and listened to what was important to us. They showed us many vehicles which allowed us to pick the exact one that fit our need best. My wife was stuck in Jeff City with a broken car and we live in Kansas City. I was still at home with no way to get to her trying to find a way to get a car working over the phone. During it all I was scrambling to find somewhere to get repairs, some way to get my wife home, and all during a work day with work and deadlines not budging around me. Calling here I talked with Amir in the service department and he was quick, reassuring and gave me every bit of information I needed. And even called back after everything was said and done to check in.
Couldn't ask for more. If i'm ever in Jeff city myself, would happily buy Amir a beer for being so helpful and kind when I needed it most.

I have dealt with Dedrick Shelby twice now and has been a great experience both times! Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is very professional and up front about everything! Won’t hesitate to do business again!

Price is too high for oil change and they state they do 9 point inspections and top off fluids. Twice now the have left me dry with no window washer fluid. I most likely won't be back.
