Captain D's, Overland MO

The time is 915p went to this Caprain Ds. Waited for 15 mins to get served. Some workers outside taking trash. Some workers were inside eating. We had to ask workers outside if they were open. Someone stated they were open. Someone came to window and we started to order. We were ordering the signature sandwiches. Only to be told in these exact words with a funky attitude were not serving that tonight. So what are you serving? I reviewed this location before and gave them five stars but they have dropped down to 1 star.

Waited 20 minutes for the lady to open window and hand me the food! Door was locked for pick up! Couldn’t get inside any way possible! Horrible service and long wait time

The lady that works drive thru is always pleasant and professional. Always re checks the orders before giving the food to customers. I will continue to eat there. And service with a smile

Waited about 5 minutes to order then another 20-25 in the drive thru before we left without our food. I haven’t been here in a while and I forgot why. Service is always slow or out of stock. I honestly believe that the poor service at this restaurant comes down to the owner. Not to say that the workers couldn’t be better but isn’t that the owners responsibility? Between food not being available to imitation food, I would avoid this location. The owner is skipping on major things that could end up frustration you or end up eating something that isn’t regulated.

Staff is beyond disrespectful the rude front desk person will be by the drive through window with a mic on her head. Saying for hear or to go Not even looking at then gets an attitude when you don’t know if she’s talking to you. Food wasn’t even correct is never avoid this place The level of disrespect isn’t worth it

Ordered online for pickup. Got to the store and door was locked. Called spoke with manager. She said she was busy. She wanted me to get into a ten car drive thru. She was very rude.

Staff was very pleasant. Manager and another staff member walked the dining room to see if we needed anything and if everything was ok. Food was good. Could have been better if the sides were hot.

I ordered 2 grilled salmon with rice and broccoli. No rice, the salmon was so dammed dry & no flavor, and the broccoli look like someone microwaved it for over 2 minutes. The only thing that was ok the green beans. I will never go there anymore

The only thing I can complain about is the change in hours. The service and food is always excellent. I have never had anything bad from this place. However I was crushed to find that they were closed by 5pm on Sunday. I understand. No one wants to work and people are getting strapped for money.

The cashier at the window named Rayonna was so nice. She went the extra mile to insure I had cocktail sauce and to me that is very thoughtful.

BEWARE! THEY ARE SELLING IMATATION CAPTAIN Ds FISH FILLETS

I came to this captain ds because it was so much better than the one in st.ann when I ate from there in the past. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE FOOD THEY SOLD ME TODAY. My fish was in 4 fish nuggets, a nasty grey color and I couldn't chew through them. I was so disturbed by this fish I actually called up there to see if this is what captain ds is selling now. The lady on the phone said they sold me "backup fish" because they were out of the genuine captain ds fish. Captain ds took my money and sent me away without genuine captain ds fish! I told her under no circumstance should they sell this fish to anybody. I want whoever that's in charge of that place to visit this location and try and chew through the type of fish they sold me today. They definitely got me for my money because I'm not driving back up there to exchange it like she said i could. I already went out my way to pass up the one in st.ann just to be sold inedible fish from this location.

The food is good, but why a drink do not come with a meal? In any other fast food place if you order a number whatever you get a drink with it, except at captain D's.

Waited in line for 25 mins for my order not to be placed. Was in the middle of shift change and never told me I'd have to wait. Go to a different Captain D's because this one on Page and Woodson is very unprofessional. I saw about 6 people inside and they moving like they are understaffed.

I was not satisfied at all, I got the2fish and 24 shrimp meal, and my shrimps were hard as rocks they all were way over cooked.

It took me 40 minutes in the drive thru to finally get my food, that was still soaked in oil. I'm not even exaggeratingRegardless, the food was hot and I don't plan to live forever, so I drip dried all of it and savored the flavor

This captain D’s always had friendly service but today me and some co-workers went there for lunch mind you some places you only get 30mins right. We not knowing the inside was closed and it was like 4 of us placing orders so we told the drive thru cashier we had the four separate orders and or reply was we can’t do four you have to place two and then drive back around and place the other two. We was like how when the line is long and we on lunch it’s impossible cashier response was I’m not doing four at a time… so we went ahead and placed it like that and had to drive back around sit in line again place the second order you get to the window and tell the cashier who turns out they say is the DM how can people come here on lunch with orders like that and your inside closed he walked away and just start talking at the mouth saying something we couldn’t hear totally rude all and all we was late getting back to work and points were taken! For now on we will stick with places here on out that assist with groups like that.

First let me say that the wife and I both love the food severed at Captain's.
That being said, you were supposed to be open until 6: 00 pm, Christmas Eve. I arrived there at 4: 45 and was greeted with sorry we are closed for the Christmas Holiday. Yesterday I called and asked what your hrs.for New Years Eve were and was told you would be open until 8: 00pm. At 4;45 this evening I called and was told you were going to be open until 8: 00 pm. I arrived at 5;00 pm and set in line until 5: 30 pm. When I got to order station I was greeted with! GUESS WHAT. Your right, sorry we're closed for the Holiday. I ask why and was given the song and dance about employees not showing up, yet they were still serving drive-thru when I got there.
