The service was fantastic. The Service Manager Ryan was great. Told me what he was going to do and then delivered. I will be bring all of my family's cars so that Ryan and his crew will be doing the maintenance from now on.

This is so funny so they beg people to write good reviews for them and pretty much pay them off to do so and then delete all the bad ones you guys are gonna have fun talking to my lawyer.

I am so glad you were able to work me in on Christmas Eve. The muffler and tail pipe rattle now after this installation. I will out of town for a month and will be back in late January to see what you can do about it.

I woke up this morning got ready for work and my car would not start at all. I called car x and spoke with Ryan let him know my situation he said no problem we will get you in. I had my car towed up to them and when I say blessings… Ryan and his team have completely taken care of my car and they have been nothing but wonderful throughout this extremely stressful day. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any of your car needs.

Never bring your car to this or any Car-X. Their managers make commission, and will take every opportunity to up-sell you.

I brought my car in because it needs to pass emissions, and they told me I needed a new vapor canister and a set of spark plugs. They quoted me $1,900 for that service. I showed their estimate to 3 local mechanics and all of them estimated they would do the same work for less than half the cost.

Car-X is a scam, don't go here. Find a local mechanic instead.

I just spent 2100 dollars these people telling me they don't know what's wrong with my car they call themselves complete auto care, well the job is not complete im unsatisfied.

The manager, Ryan (I think that's his name), was in-freaking-credible! He was open to meeting all my car's needs and ready to get me in and get me out! Amazing service! Thank you!

The folks at this location got me in as they said they would, inspected my truck in a timely manner and when I went to pay they said it was free. Will definitely go there again for other reasons.

I had a great first time experience with this branch! I went in to fix a burnt out headlight. The mechanic working on my car called me into the garage where they were working on my car about 10 minutes into my wait. My heart sank because i know that is never a good sign. He showed me how my headlight cord was not plugged in and how that was the only impediment to it not working. I was so happy and thankful.

How many car places would have taken the opportunity to charge me inspite of this? In the past I have fallen prey to most of the money making schemes of the big car repair shops, I have blindly spent thousands, before the scales fell from my eyes and I knew I was being ripped off.

If you think that you are being charged a fortune by your car repair shop, I urge you to take a stand and switch.

I'm now a loyal customer and they aren't even paying me to write this post.

The store manager Ryan was AMAZING! He broke down every little and big detail of what was going on with my truck in addition to getting me in the same day being very considerate of my time. I will recommend all my friends, family, and strangers to come to this location.

Needed an inspection and emissions check up in order to renew my license plates. Easy to set an appointment. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Completely professional staff and clean lobby. I'll be back.
