I moved to St. Louis 2 years ago and am thrilled that I found a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. I feel like I am getting an honest appraisal and am getting a good deal. They have continued to fix my cars reliably and I will continue to go to them for years to come.

I think the service people are friendly though it's difficult getting simple work done without being "upsold". I cannot recall going for an oil change or simple repair and not being told something else needs repair. Second opinions at other garages do not support the assessment. I thought perhaps it was me, but when I try to be very clear about buying one and only one tire, they can't stop trying to sell me 2 and 4 tires. Over and over.

My car place for past 10 years. They are so helpful, have excellent prices, and service. Car maintenance is not something I know a lot about. The mechanics here explain everything honestly and only recommend what need instead of suggesting “add on” work. I trust them completely.

Great service, had a problem with our splash shield hanging down too low under car and wanted to make sure it was OK, Kevin was very helpful, even during a late Saturday afternoon with no appointment, he worked on my Honda and fixed the problem in a timely manner-thanks so much!

Got my oil changed, this guy kevin hooked me up with a new drain plug.mine was stripped.

I tell them up front I have a budget and can only do the necessities. No scare tactics are used to pressure me into doing more work. We just switched our cars over to Car-X and so far I have been very pleased. Keep up the good work, guys!

I came in for an oil change on Saturday April 13 and Kevin Radtke and the crew were extremely nice, professional, helpful. This was my first visit. I really appreciate the experience and I will return.

Had more work on my car then I thought, tires where worn, brakes where wearing on one side much more then the other and battery at 50% I had to get to school and an interview, so I didn't have time to stay. The guys at Carx paid for a rental so I wouldn't drive in the rain with those issues. Super nice guys!

Even though I’ve moved 45 minutes away from this location, I still drive all the way back to get my car serviced. I love the guys here, they are honest and consistently trying to help people out when they need repairs made.

My husband had a flat tire at work. I got stuck in traffic on the way and it was close to closing by the time we arrived. They took care of us and had us on our way very quickly. Kind courteous and knows how to treat a customer. We can’t thank them enough.

I've been here several times and each time my experience has been exceptional. They are more than happy to work with you on how you want the job done. Every time I go I learn more about my car and leave with a smile on my face.

I was sad when I saw where it was located because Iive south city, but when I got there the staff was soo helpful they went out of their way to get me taken care of. I lost my cards so I can't name names but they give you good service here. I wish I could do more to show you but you will have to try for yourself.you will not be let down two thumbs wayyyy up.
