1I’ve been employed there for a few months now. I was hired to work in the new memory care wing that was recently built. It’s so beautiful. And I can say for certain the residents get treated far better then anywhere I have worked. It’s a little chaotic with scheduling since we have 2 new wings. But I’m sure it will all get straighten out. This is a place if I had to place my parents in a home it would be my first choice. There’s not a lot of places I can say about from things I’ve witnessed other places. The management are so understanding. I was Sick and had to be out almost 2 weeks. Pam & Dot checked on me and were very understanding. Most places I would have been terminated. I also like that most the coworkers help each other when needed.
