I passed both National and State Exams on the 1st try and much thanks goes to the structure and layout of Mark's teaching! I'm so glad I decided to do the evening classes given the wealth of knowledge Mark provided as well as the flexibility that the evening classes offered to me.

Rebecca helped me correct an error I made (in signing up for the wrong online course) in no time and handled the issue with such grace and kindness. Thank you and I look forward to taking more classes here in the future.

The textbook for this class was a fill in the blank book. As I was trying to study, nothing made any since. If I knew what I know now. I would have gotten a different study book to help me.

Mr. Wright is amazing and hilarious, he kept control of the classroom 99.9% of the time. We all know how crazy adult education can get, he kept us on track the entire time. I passed both the national and state exam on the first try, and I will always choose C. E. S.for my C. E.classes in the future. Exam smart was well worth the money, I highly recommend it if you aren't confident after taking the pre-license course.

Heather Holmes is an incredible instructor and I highly recommend CSE for anybody who is looking into getting their RE License.

I have found some great alternative trainings here for CE.great ones like financing and they always have availability for your core classes when they might be always full at the board. I like the classes here

I would recommend this school for ANYONE interested in real estate. They truly care about your success and want you to pass your test! I am so glad I chose this class, I passed my exam and just enrolled for the practice course! Every time I call up there they are so happy and ready to help. Trust me, this is the best program!

If you are looking for a Real Estate school, this is the place to be. Richard Wright is your guy for MO license. All you need to do is pay attention in class and take good notes. His teaching is good, you have to follow along. Amazing guy.

Started my pre-license 25 years ago at the Ward Parkway location, and I continue with my CE online. CES instructors are great, miss the daily jokes that Mark used to give in the classroom setting.

Since I m taking the course online, what is the downside of it?
I have seen many comments that the teachers teach them the right stuff for the exam. Unfortunately, I have to take mine online due to time restrictions. Is it possible to have some note from the class instructors or suggestions on what to study more?

Larry and Conrad are good teachers they go fast but, I kept up pretty good. I was all ready to take my exam fresh out of class but, then the shutdown happened and the testing sites closed now I'm not sure how I'll do w/o fresh instruction.

Great school

I've completed many different certifications and extra curricular education programs over the years. The pre-exam salesperson license by CES was one of my all time favorites. Yes, they go FAST and you're cramming a ton of information in over 6 days, but the way they teach is superb. The teachers are fun and energetic and the time passes quickly. Heck, I aced my test!

I have gotten all my Real Estate CE Training at Career Education System since 1980. I was licensed in 1977 and took my pre-license school at the Kansas City Real Estate Board when it was downtown at 9th and Baltimore. (All they had were evening classes). CES is so much more convenient and comprehensive. I take their CHEAP CE Classes on line also now. I still do not know why we have Dual Agency in Missouri? !

Just picked up 6 hours of CE class today and enjoy every minute of it.
The Instructor was funny and very knowledgeable to where even the experts in the class learned something. He made everyone feel very comfortable and we laughed and shared ideas. I recommend the Career Education System to everyone - it's worth the $35 and more. Thanks Mr. Barker!
