I'm not a person who goes to the er or urgent care very often. But today I went today for stitches. Which didn't seem like a big deal. Immediately they said they couldn't treat me bc it was "so severe". So they sent me to er. Er took one look at it and was like why would they send u here over tht? I've been to urgent care twice this year and both times was sent to er and the er was confused by them sending me over Instead of just treating me.so instead of just paying my $20 copay at urgent care, I also will now get what $1000 bill from the er. (BTW I didn't even need stitches, they put glue on it, which I shldve just done myself I know)
I do not by any means recommend this urgent care unless you just need an antibiotic for something simple like strep throat.

Don't bother walking in even though they say they don't make appointments you book online and you're more likely to get in sooner if you walk in they're going to take six people ahead of you even though you've been sitting there for 3 hours because they booked online not a walk-in clinic false advertising and incredibly rude staff.

I was a little nervous about the customer service after reading some of the reviews, but the bad reviews couldn't be further from the truth, in my experience. Everyone from reception to my NP/Dr were so amazing. They were good communicators, very efficient, and just all around very pleasant and friendly. I needed an xray for my ankle and I was in/ out in just over 1 hr.

I made an appointment online and pre-registered in the AM, for a 5 pm appt. I later called to try and get an earlier appointment and was told their system won’t let me cancel and make a 2nd appointment. They said I could come early and wait. I ended up keeping my 5 o’clock appointment. I appreciated the courtesy text informing me they were ready for me to come inside. The staff were professional.

Walked in for a pre-employment drug screen. Staff was very courteous and helpful despite being fairly busy. I only waited about 10 min after filling out my paperwork (wasn’t seeing a Dr). No issues. They did a great job today.

Would not recommend this place. Staff is lazy and uncaring. They require you check yourself in and are nit very helpful. Nurse practitioners run the place and the man that treated me just walked away and did not assist me with finding the exit.

I cut myself on a mirror while moving and could not get the bleeding to stop. I went in and every single person I came in contact with was nice and they got my hand stitched up very quickly. It was a very pleasant experience during an
unpleasant situation.

Like most HCA "healthcare" facilities don't waste your time unless you have fancy and expensive private insurance.

If you just have Medicaid or no insurance this place will want you to pay $140 up front just to see a nurse practitioner and not an actual doctor. You're better off going to an hospital ER instead.

Registered online. Very short wait before they told me to come in. Did 99% of paperwork on line. Total time from when the texted and I left the house to when I left their building was under 50 minutes.

Absolute trash! Turned away my bleeding toddler and refused to even glue his head or help at all. Even asked if they could at least help bleeding, said no and sent me and 2 toddlers on our way. What kind of Dr of any sort would do such a thing? ! Terrible! Will never be back!

Reception is incredibly incredibly rude. Wait times are outrageous even when you check in online in advance and come in when they say they're ready. Wildly unorganized setup. Go literally anywhere else.

Great visit if a bit lengthy, they stitched me up and I was good to go. Knocking off 1 star for still requiring masks even with no symptoms or respiratory issues. Otherwise the staff was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Hope I don't have to see them too often

Stay away. I got a rusty staple stuck in me and removed it myself. Wife wanted me to go get a tetanus shot. Sure, spend 15 minutes filling out online paperwork. Get a text saying come on in. Wait 45 minutes.
Get told my Union insurance wasn't accepted and that it's a $100 just to be seen, and I'd have to submit to my insurance for reimbursement.

This is highway robbery. I want 90 minutes of my life back.

Edit: My insurance is through a major and popular carrier accepted almost everywhere in KC

When my wife and I went to this urgent care we were greeted by 2 receptionists who were too busy talking to provide us with a proper hello. One of the receptionists told us we needed a mask which was totally fine until I pulled my mask down to take a drink of my drink and she was staring at me until I pulled my mask back up. The other receptionists did not have a mask on at all. When her name was called we both tried going back and the nurse said “only her” so I sat back down. My wife proceeds to tell me the X-ray technician was very rude to her when she asked what the date was last week, his response to her was “i don’t know there was 7 dates last week”. This experience was very disheartening especially when my wife was in pain. We won’t be back to this clinic.

Update: left a voicemail for the manager on Sunday July 31st, still no call back as of August 4th.

Came in with stabbing walking pain. They assisted me with coming to me for cards. The check in nurse and the nurse practitioner were excellent. Felt comfortable and heard. Explained my plantar fasciitis. Worked with me on understanding how to treat, excerise and possible other podiatrist visit if the medication, shoes and exercises don’t fix the issue.

This urgent care charged me $214 to take a urine analysis for my daughter for a possible UTI. Told me in their office that it was positive and she needed antibiotics, then days later called me to say it was actually negative and she didn’t need antibiotics after all. They neglected to tell me in office that their test wasn’t a reliable test and they would actually be sending it off to a lab to get a real result. So after $214 of an office fee I ended up giving my daughter unnecessary antibiotics. How irresponsible especially in a day and age of massive antibiotic resistance on the rise. Will never go here again- there should be some form of accountability for doctors who prescribe unnecessary medical treatments.

They were pretty quick, and this is the 2nd time I had to go somewhere for the same issue within a few days. The first place I went was Center point which did nothing to help me at all. CareNow actually helped me. I am now hopefully going to get better. I am shocked that both places just took what I said I might have wrong without really checking. At least this did kinda look at it very briefly. I'm not the doctor they're supposed to be. If I can diagnose myself why would I need to use these places?

I've been here many times over different problems that weren't quite ER worthy but also couldn't wait for a doctor's appointment to fix it. Friendly staff, wait time is not nearly as bad as it could be. All of my issues get sorted and prescribed quickly so I get to be better within the week generally.

First time in a while I have left a Dr. Office and not been upset. I have not stuck with a Dr. In a while. I have had alot of problems with Dr’s and nurses patient profiling. I seen a male NP and he was great. Just a case of vertigo, I felt like he was really concerned with helping me get it cleared up. I wish more primary care offices were this level.

The service was good and comforting. I prayed before coming to the doctor and everything turned out alright. The nurses and doctor was so caring and nice. They also made sure there was nothing wrong. Now i just have to follow the recommendations made.
