5 I called this office and asked whom I was speaking with, and the RUDE front desk staff person said with 110% of attitude who am I speaking with!
I love the Doctor and was going to give the office another try, but I can't deal with the RUDE Front Desk staff, especially that CIARA!
Dr Merritt needs to get new staff or she will continue to have impact to her patient roster.
Dr. Merritt is a great doctor. She is very kind, smart and helpful. You will have a great experience with her BUT the receptionists could have a better attitude with customers. Not very friendly when customers come in. Everybody goes through things whether personally or professionally but it should never translate to the customer.
