Carol House Furniture, Valley Park MO

Ordered a table and it was delivered in September with a damaged top. Top was reordered and I got a call over a month ago that it was in. The person who called realized that I was “out of route” and she would have to call me back to schedule delivery. She never did call back. I have called and left multiple messages with the service department and no one has ever called me back from there either. After being transferred 4 times today I asked to speak to a manager and they put me in touch with who they claim is the right person. Left another message. We’ll see if they check their messages and call back, unlike the service department!

Just like everyone else. Ask a question about the price of a glider rocker, you have to order. Won't give up on the phone, and wants me to buy sight unseen, as well. REALLY

Beginning to end - phenomenal experience! Man they runs tight ship at Carol House, and it shows in every part of the buying experience! Judy was amazing, she was helpful and thoughtful and took her time to show me exactly what I needed. They called to confirm the order, called to give me notice they were coming, and the delivery guys were amazing! They were so careful, kind, and just fantastic. I was so impressed with the whole experience.

Ordered my furniture back in july, was finally deliver today 12-7-22, I asked where my lamps were, they said I did not order lamps, but my wife and I both agreed we ordered lamps, but the salesman never put them on the ticket, so I had to drive all the way from herculaneum mo to maryland heights to purchase lamps and luckily they had them in stock, then when I got home and began to place my television on my new 2500.00 hutch entertainment center I've noticed that when the installers put the top portion on the bottom portion all 4 of the the screws penetrated the front of my entertainment center, I've been trying to call and no one answers, I've called and they switch me to customer service and no one answers I called the other location and a nice woman picked up the phone right away, and she tried to transfer my call, but no one picked up, not to mention the lady who kept answering the phone was rude and very short with me, I want the top part of my entertainment center replaced.

Though we haven't received our furniture yet as we just ordered it today, I just wanted to give praise to the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The purchase process was a breeze and there was no pressure. I've already recommended the Flexsteel Zero Gravity set that we purchased today to someone else.

It's true. They really do have nice things and the biggest and best selection. I always price shop and check out other stores before a big purchase, and I always come back here. Wish they gave loyalty discounts:)

Went to the Valley Park store the sales person in my opinion didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. I was looking for a recliner and she said they are over there over there and over there as she pointed to 3 different areas and she added you get exactly what you see no changes available. I asked about leather and then she yelled “We are an animal friendly store we don’t do leather”. A simple no would have done. I left vowing never to shop there again. I did make a purchase of 2 recliners at another store and was able to choose fabrics and some options! I spent more than I planned but they were so helpful and friendly!

A friend and I went there to look around for a couple items. Everyone was very friendly, but the sales lady followed us around the entire time. Made us very uncomfortable. This happened last time I was there also. Don't think I'll go again.

Sales people were great. Delivery was horrible. Arrived an hour late and men did not wear masks as they brought furniture into my home!

Had a very pleasant experience. We had a very nice sales lady that helped show us a bunch of options for a couch. Answered all our questions and showed us all the features. Very happy with our new couch and love seat.

Lara was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She was able to assist me in my purchase efficiently even without my being able to fully describe what I was looking for.
