Not friendly or welcoming at all. I asked for a engine air filter and he came back with a cabin filter. I tried to tell him I needed to give him my Vin number but he was so busy rushing me. Just poor customer service, very unenthused, and acted annoyed by his job in general.

Aside from the fact it's also called advanced auto parts, easy service and had what I needed in stock. In and out.

Great supply of Amsoil in stock. Service was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will be back 100% over a normal box store.

I'm a mechanic and work down the road from these guys and know them by name-they have always treated me well and know their stuff-hard to find parts guys like that anymore-for my personal projects at home I drive the 60 miles round trip-if they don't have it in store they will get it for you-thanks guys for what you do and being so knowledgeable

This store is by our home and has all the auto parts you could need. Recently Hubby ordered some parts there for one of our cars. We went to pick them up and the process was seamless. We advised of our name at the counter and the parts were collected.

I also needed some license plates screws for my vehicle. The employee showed me where they were and I appreciated his guidance of "There's a large selection, the basic ones are here (he pointed), the fancier ones are here (he pointed). The performance is pretty much the same is just depends on how nice you want them to look". Good to know.

Checking out was also a breeze. There were a few employees here, they all seemed like they wanted to be there and were friendly.

I have been buying parts from handy auto parts since 1974 and I have become good friends with David s. The owner over the years. Excellent service and always find what I need thank you to the whole staff
