3The care and treatment were good for the most part. I did feel that some assumptions were made that a specialist should actually look into. Especially since pain and tenderness are related. We will go to a primary doctor to get these. My complaint is the emergency room team should think about the fact the patrons can actually hear them at their desk. I heard a lot of rude judgements and assumptions being made. It is like as soon as a nurse or doctor walked out of the room or the room next to us they just had to make some rude totally unnecessary comment. In fact this is privacy violation in my opinion seeing some comments were related to medical situations. And it really makes the wait while you or a loved one get treatment very uncomfortable!
Staff is always funny, friendly, and caring. The nurses and doctors seem to really care for the patients, stay informative and make every experience as comfortable as they can. Cancer team was so generous and exceptional. Really heart felt and grateful for them.
Its a very clean Hospital. I couldn't find my way around and several different people working there walked me to different areas and helped me. They were very kind!
